Because I needed the building installed before July for an upcoming move, I paid extra to have my concrete pad poured early and submitted photos of the completed pad in early April. I repeatedly confirmed my timeline with Ana and was assured multiple times that installation would occur in June. As recently as the end of May, I was told everything was on schedule and that I would be contacted to set an install date in mid- to late June. However, when I called on June 15 for an update, I was informed that my installation had been pushed back to late July. No one had notified me of the delay. When I explained that I needed the building completed before July, I was told there was nothing they could do. Because of this last-minute change, I am now forced to find alternative storage, move my belongings twice, take additional time off work, and incur extra expenses. Had the company communicated honestly about the delays, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was repeatedly told everything was on track until it was too late. I would not recommend this company to anyone working with a deadline.
