Zibbys has my business from now on. When the American Flag in our church needed dry cleaning prior to Memorial Day Zibbys expertly cleaned it on short notice and would not accept any payment for their work! I am so glad we have a place like Zibbys in Mount Airy. I am happy we can support our locally owned small businesses-because they support us! read more

They even text me with a pickup/drop off time window that is remarkably accurate. Their customer service is excellent. They have been totally responsive to every request. I couldn't be happier! We were greeted immediately by the owner, Martha , who was as friendly and nice as anybody we have ever encountered. The three of us got into a conversation that lasted for most of an hour. Martha was so friendly, cordial, interesting and anxious to learn more about us as strangers and consequently we were enamored over her background as well. Our conversation centered on our backgrounds and respective families and frankly became a highlight of our day and time in Mount Airy. She was such an interesting individual who obviously loves what she does professionally. We did end up making a small purchase from her store but moreso than the purchase the best part of the day was meeting Martha and the enjoyable conversation we all three enjoyed. Thanks, Martha.
