My husband and I have shopped quite a few furniture stores over the years and nobody gives…read moreexcellent customer service like Rumple Furniture does. They are all very friendly, and not just because they want to sell you something. They are genuine people. They encourage you to shop around other stores and see that they are offering very fair prices. They have a great selection. I got a La-Z-Boy recliner from them. After about a month I just wasn't happy with the looseness of the fabric. We went back in and Zack said no problem, without even seeing it. They came to my home, picked it up and had one of their upholsterers fix it free of charge to us. He did an excellent job and it was returned to us quickly. Rumple did not hesitate to make this purchase right, while being friendly about it. You rarely can find customer service like this anymore. They will be my go to furniture store from now on. Thanks Rumple Family, for caring about your customers and your products.

She was very knowledgeable about the product and, in fact, made me aware of a new furniture option (power recline!) that none of the other dealers we had contacted even were aware existed and that we really wanted (we had considered a lower quality set just to get this option.) Susanne was very patient and helpful through the process even though we spent hours pouring over fabrics before making our final selection. We never felt any pressure during the selection or sales process. Delivery was made the day after our custom furniture arrived in their store and set up was professional and courteous. Rumple has a great selection of furniture, truly something for every budget. They offer free delivery within a certain radius of the store. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about the whole experience.
