Well, you will never have to stand in line at this place... I'm pretty sure he seldom sees a living…read moresoul all day long. What an a$$. The reveiw from Zach A. nailed it! This guy wanted $45.00 to replace a very tiny loop on a necklace clasp. Second question of the day? I had some old sterling silver, I was curious about value, protocol, etc. -- I'm a rookie! His reply? "Well, if you want me to break it down for you (explaining things) I'm going to charge you for my time!"

I took an expensive watch to have the crystal replaced. After three months of waiting, I went by…read morethe store and was told the repairman was having a difficult time locating a crystal. After waiting another three months, I stopped by the business and was then told the watch was stolen from the post office. The owner made no attempt to contact me to let me know the watch had supposedly been stolen. The store owner took out no insurance on the package. My question is why you would put $7500 watch into the mailbox and only insure it for the $100, which is automatically included from the post office at No cost to him. Unless, of course, the stolen package never contained the watch at all. We went to small claims court I was awarded a judgment for $4600 which he refuses to pay, says he doesn't have the money. However, he pocketed the $1000 he received from his insurance company. I'm out an expensive watch and he's made $1000 on the deal. What a crook and a thief. Not once did he offer an apology or act the slightest bit remorseful, if anything, he was just the opposite, hateful, spiteful and as venomous as a snake. Do not trust this man, the Word on the street is, this is not the first time he's been called into court for similar circumstances
