Already noticed a minor chip in one frame, but he knocked $20 off the price for that, so it was whatever then continue to notice minor things over the next few days and chip more and more each time its carried either in or out of a holster. Mine ran a box of ammo fluidly before dropping off...same with the other gun...now mine jams every freaking round, had been cleaned and oiled and still doing it so guessing it wasn't reassembled correctly or something wasn't done right post coating. One of the guns wasn't even done the chosen color, or sure doesn't look it, but still liked it so that wasn't a huge huge deal...but the chipping and bubbles appearing in the color are! Creakote is supposed to be extremely durable so we know something wasn't done right. Getting a response is not really happening now either, not sure if its a general message issue or what. Its been determined or well a huge assumption based on facts that the guns were NOT properly prepared for the coating, and simply coated over the stock color. Causing one to have too much color buildup and one for the coating to wipe off with freaking gun oil!! AND I have learned in searching for someone to fix the trigger problem (or at least determine if it is more than just color build up or damaged spring from being coated and baked) we are NOT the only ones having these same exact issues here lately!!

It is my true belief that this business of operations is a gem to North Carolina and the local communities in which it serves. Recently I had family in from work and on vacation to celebrate my upcoming wedding. The staff is very welcoming to me and my clients on a regular basis. However, I wanted to make special mention to Paul who made me feel and look good for my family and clients who came in for me that night. My brother in-law who is with the Winston Salem PD and my other Brother who is with SF were able to enjoy the company of the family while being in a safe facility that offered excellent customer service. Paul in trusted me to make sure things were operated properly and has always brought a special element with his interactions with me at ProShots. It is with great confidence that I operate and work with my clients & friends at ProShots and I look forward to working with and hanging out with people like Paul, Ben, Richard, Jeff, Ron, & the rest of the staff who has always been excellent guides with the firearm industry and education for the best interest of the law abiding citizens of our communities. I can't say enough about Wes Reese and the North Carolina Concealed Carry certification course…read moreoffered through Reese Firearms. Being both a veteran and someone that had previously gone through concealed carry certification in another state, you can imagine how excited I was NOT to sit through more fairly basic-level training. I couldn't have been more wrong. Wes is one of the most knowledgeable individuals you will ever meet when it comes to firearms and the relevant NC laws. Additionally, he makes some otherwise dry material interesting and funny, and is very engaging with the class. The videos Wes used to supplement the material were mostly funny, but were very relevant to the subject matter and the humor just made the material all the more memorable. Pizza lunch was delivered by Pizza Hut at 11:15 and Wes just kept rolling through the material while we ate. Shortly after lunch, a guest speaker from US Defense Shield spoke to the class about carrying legal protection in the event you ever find yourself in a self-defense situation, firearm or not, and how you plan to defend yourself criminally and civilly after the fact (because you will have to regardless of what happened, and how). Once again, very thought provoking, and not something most folks consider. The classroom portion is located in Kernersville and the range is in Thomasville, approximately 25-30 minutes away with light traffic. I didn't realize this until I received the confirmation e-mail after I registered, but it wasn't a big deal for me. If that matters to you, don't forget to plan ahead. Range qualification was quick and efficient and the class was dismissed from the range while anyone that wanted to stick around to shoot Wes's arsenal was welcomed. Either way, you leave the range that day with your certificate in hand, ready to join the world as the next concealed carriers (as soon as your local Sheriff approves your application). If you live in or anywhere remotely near the Triad Area, and are considering concealed carry training, there's just no better option than Wes Reese and Reese Firearms.
