My experience with Paige Gunsmithing was top tier. I brought in a barrel to be cut down and…read morethreaded for a suppressor, and Andy's work was outstanding. His turnaround time was insanely quick, and to top it off, he's knowledgeable and easy to talk with....and his pricing is unbeatable. I highly recommend Paige Gunsmithing!

Already noticed a minor chip in one frame, but he knocked $20 off the price for that, so it was whatever then continue to notice minor things over the next few days and chip more and more each time its carried either in or out of a holster. Mine ran a box of ammo fluidly before dropping off...same with the other gun...now mine jams every freaking round, had been cleaned and oiled and still doing it so guessing it wasn't reassembled correctly or something wasn't done right post coating. One of the guns wasn't even done the chosen color, or sure doesn't look it, but still liked it so that wasn't a huge huge deal...but the chipping and bubbles appearing in the color are! Creakote is supposed to be extremely durable so we know something wasn't done right. Getting a response is not really happening now either, not sure if its a general message issue or what. Its been determined or well a huge assumption based on facts that the guns were NOT properly prepared for the coating, and simply coated over the stock color. Causing one to have too much color buildup and one for the coating to wipe off with freaking gun oil!! AND I have learned in searching for someone to fix the trigger problem (or at least determine if it is more than just color build up or damaged spring from being coated and baked) we are NOT the only ones having these same exact issues here lately!!

I had the best customer service experience imaginable. I will be taking my conceal to carry class…read morein a couple weeks through them. They are so professional and reasonably priced!! I bought my first pistol from Tiffany (daughter of the mother/daughter owner duo at the store - HUGELY impressive that two women own & run such a successful, impressive gun shop like this - that's rare & they know their stuff!!). Tiffany was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She treated me with so much respect and she gave me such good advice about being a first-time gun owner. She even took the time to answer all of my silly questions and showed me how to break my gun down and put it back together. She didn't try to sell me a gun that was $400+, she knew I was in the $250 range and I got a beautiful Taurus GC2 9MM in Lavender for $230 with a mail-in rebate making in $200 after the rebate. She was just the absolute best. She filled out all of my rebate forms for me, addressed the envelope, and stuck everything in there...all I had to do was put a stamp on it and my return address. I am so lucky to have had Tiffany as my sales woman, especially woman-to-woman, she never once made me feel inadequate or "stupid" like some men had made me feel before when looking at guns in Charlotte. The men at the store I was looking at acted like I was a complete waste of time and I wasn't a "serious customer." I never got that feeling once from Tiffany and I am so grateful. Do yourself a favor and go see Tiffany at MAC Gun Worx in Gastonia! It's right around the corner from the Sheriff's office, so right after you get your gun permit, go there and shop around. Great prices and she can order anything you like and get it fast. New guns come with a lifetime warranty and if she can't fix anything wrong with you gun, it's $20 for her to send it back to the company and they send a new one back to you. Not everyone offers that. But she offers to try and fix whatever she could possibly go wrong with your gun if that ever happens. She also sells guns consignment as well if you need. I just love this place!! Oh, and they offer Conceal to Carry classes and are MUCH more affordable than most everyone else, even cheaper if you buy a gun through them!

I dropped off a handgun for repairs, requested an estimate. I was told id hear by text the next…read moreday. 3 days later, no word. Sent email and reply stated it had only been 3 business days and there were others in line ahead of me. I waited a total of 10 business days still no word. I stopped to pickup my firearm and was informed i had to wait until it could be retrieved from a different building cause they dont do repairs on site. As much as two days. I got it the next afternoon but had to make two trips. So, poor communication, offsite repairs, also i was told there were 7 people ahead of me. After 10 days it seems they could have done one gun a day and got it to me faster. At least inform me there would be a delay. The point is communicate.
