If you want to shoot, you must buy what they have at the price they have it marked. There are no backing cardboards for your targets, so your targets will move with what little breeze exists, or the bullet impacts. The target positioner is a simple toggle switch for 'out' an 'in' with no precise method to specify or dial in your distance, beyond approximation with a painted line on the floor. Ventilation is poor, the powder smoke clouds or accumulates near the shooter, becomes visible and is not healthy from an inhalation perspective. We really really wanted to do business locally, since we live in the Johnson City area, but since our two visits with similar experiences, in the future we will always drive all the way to Sevierville to use the range located out there. The gun shop (store) looked impressive, but we weren't in the market for a gun and can't speak to the available selections or prices...we only came to shoot at their range...and won't do that again.

Great people there to answer any questions you will have and is owned by locals who loves guns and love to share their knowledge on guns. They also offer a concealed gun class, and also open to come and shoot, you can bring your own gun. Or if you don't have one you can pay for ammo and barrow a gun for a small fee.

I am a business owner myself and it would be a cold day in hell before I charge my customer to pay a fee to use the card even if it's only a 25 cent purchase. Here's why. Cards are charged by a percentage. So if it's $1 or $100 or $1000 the amount you pay as a business is the same percentage. So the fact you charge a (tax deductible) fee to try and get people to buy more or just add a "profit fee" for yourself is low down, dirty and downright unethical and I won't spend my money with you and I'll tell anyone who will listen what you're doing. You are literally charging people money to buy from you.

They do have a couple of golf carts which came in handy and highly recommended for hauling a couple hundred rounds of ammunition and water I don't believe that the targets are changed very often but I'm not a frequent visitor so I can't really be sure. While we were there shooting we experienced no breakage of targets out of the traps which was nice. The trail that you take after the first station is kinda rough so be careful not to twist an ankle if you're on foot. Overall I enjoyed the course and location and the pricing is excellent. Very nice folks running the place ! With a little maintenance on the course this place has the potential to be a solid five star destination for sporting clays. !!

Beautiful drive to this family's farm that's open to the public a few days a week for shooting sporting clays. The Fowlers are all so humble, kind and so generous. My husband and I just spent the afternoon shooting at all 11 of their stations. There are some easy ones. I'll have to say 2 and 10 are pretty tough. One of them has a rabbit which was awesome. Pricing is very fair also. All in all we had an outstanding time and highly recommend going!
