Got exactly what I expected, a great place to shoot pistols. Range rules were simple and straight forward. Service at the gun range was excellent. The range pricing was good and included three targets. I browsed the inventory in the store and was pleasently supprised to find some hard to find weapons in stock. I would recommend them. I bought a cpl handguns from them. They are really busy every time I go in to shoot but I never have had to wait for the range more than 10-15 mins. I've never owned a semi and they have really been a help to me. Their prices are competitive with on-line sites. Next purchase is going to be a rifle. Plus red dot and laser for all three. read more

My husband and I went out there to fire 9mm and 22 cal pistols after taking our concealed carry class. While I was raised with firearms and shot well enough to earn expert marksman in the military, I am not familiar with the varying concealed carry firearms available today. We told the staff that it was our first time there on the range and we wanted to try to find a gun for concealed carry. They offered no suggestions and thanks to the kindness of a man waiting to get on the range, we started with a 9mm. We later shifted to a 22 cal and were unable to fire more than 3 rounds before multiple guns jammed. We had to leave the range to get assistance as no one responded to the red button. On the way out, the woman asked if we were able to use the 22 cal. We responnded no that they both jammed and an elderly man asked if we knew how to lock our wrists! It was a 22 cal. Minimal recoil! No stove piping, jammed ammo! If you are new to concealed carry, avoid this place. read more

Consistent faces. Gun Rack has probably the best selection of support equipment, ammunition, rifles, and pistols in our area during the current shortage. In response to the one really negative reviewer; There is no such thing as a "safety on a chamber" and I can only conclude that this person is an antigunner and is as ignorant on the subject as I would expect one of them to be. About the only positive I can say about this place is the retired police officer running the shooting range is top notch and very knowledgeable. The owner is always right no matter what the customer thinks (opposite of good customer service). Their prices are above average. If you do buy a firearm here make sure to inspect it thoroughly. I purchased my first handgun here and didn't have much experience so I mistakenly trusted them. I ordered a gun with a safety latch on the chamber and when it came in I went back and picked it up. I didn't think to inspect it to see if it had a safety. Now I'm stuck with the gun. The only option they gave me was to pay them a fee to put it on consignment and was told I'd be lucky to get half of what I paid for it. The gun has never been fired. I should have read their google reviews about others with bad experiences here. read more

Service is great. I went for the range at the last visit. No one bothered to mention that it is a pistol 45acp or less and no rifles at all. Fairly small and was a backup plan, which didn't work out. Good gun shop tho read more

I have had these folks ship my competition guns sold online to a receiving FFL in New York State. I have made ammo purchases in the store. I have special-ordered one firearm through them. All transactions were handled correctly and professionally. In addition, the staff seems quite friendly. I only wish they had more room for more stock in the store. read more
