We have been customers for almost 3 years. We have two large underground propane tanks that are…read moremonitored and automatically filled when they get low. Before Freeman was purchased by Superior, we didn't have any glitches, but since then, it is impossible to reach customer service and on 2 occasions they only filled one of the two tanks and most recently let the tanks run so low that we called 5x to make sure they are coming. On 3 calls, I waited on hold for 2 hours and left my call back number, with no return call. On the next two calls I reached an operator in another state, who assured me that we were getting a delivery on the date of the call, but without it actually occurring. Life is too short to work with a company that won't answer the phone and doesn't live up to its commitments.

They said it would be a few days because of so many requests, and suggested diesel for short term relief. I did so and called this morning about when to expect delivery of oil. I was told it would be another week at least. I called Routh Oil this morning and they delivered oil at 12:30 today. It was also less than Quality Oil. I guess they don't need customers.
