Dunkin Donuts left and now they carry some name I have never heard of. They don't sell them by the Dozen they are now per donut and the prices are ridiculous. They do have buy 7 and get one free which is crazy why bother! The gas pumps don't always work, went to get gas and put the card in and it wouldn't pump. Again we have never interacted with this woman other than when she worked in the same company as my husband and going to the gas station to buy thing (while being polite the whole time) such an unprofessional way to handle yourself and again she wasn't helping us. Freeman Gas HVL NC had no problem taking my money for new gas logs and setting an install date…read more There was no phone call to confirm installation, but he (Brian) did show up on scheduled date for installation. Brian (who no longer works there) took my information to get a hood ordered to keep the heat off the mantle (only 14" away). Since the installation of logs, I've called Freeman HVL 3 times to get it ordered and I keep getting excuses. Then I complained about smelling gas and was told they'd come out. NO SHOW. Angela knows how to answer the phone but aside from that it's all lies. Horrible customer service.
