I'm mystified by the good reviews, I can't even get anyone to tell me what's wrong with the car and look at it after leaving it for weeks at times, are they interested in doing inspections and oil changes only and only look at cars when there's nothing for the day, and their policy is to tell customers they don't know when they leave and be able to look at it, that it might be next week. On average, the last three times I've brought a vehicle here, I've had to call three times a remind them for them to even look at it, and they have moved towards never being able to give any kind of expected time I'm assuming they're still taking new vehicle's during that time and just forgetting about my vehicle or prioritizing people, they know or something? It's anyone's guess when there's no communication. So two thoughts 1. Someone in charge is overwhelmed Adhd person and is not processing cars in the order they come in while customers are being forgotten and not communicated with. 2. Whoever is in charge doesn't have the business assertion skills to refuse business. It would be better to have a future customer than create bad customer service that would make someone wanna take the time to write the review I am writing. The people have not been inpolite at the front desk, but like I said, it's promise, nothing and deliver nothing here, Secondly, I am returning the car for the second time with the same problem, after waiting a week and a half for them to look at it the last time, they informed me that it would be another unknown amount of time before they can order the parts to do the complete repair job, so I let them replace the ignition coil and got my car back I love my town, and I would love to give a better review for a local business, but for now I'm looking for another mechanic, and I would recommend you do the same. Maybe going to Asheville is worth it. When I was on the other side of town, I got some pretty good service at several places. Again, I'm willing to reconsider my experience if somebody wants to reach out, but this has been the worst customer experience at an auto place ever. It would be better for you to tell people that you can't take any business and that they would do better somewhere else then to instruct your staff to tell people you don't know when you'll be able to get to it and make them beg you to plug the machine in and let them let them know what the code says Update: 1/19/23: found a new mechanic, turns out one of the two coils they replaced just two months ago, failed because they were of dubious quality. Definitely not going back here., don't want to create a business rivalry, so I won't say where , but my car is running great now

Even in such a short time I felt valued and enjoyed the conversations I had with some of the employees. Definitely not a Jiffy Lube or Take 5 experience where they screw with your car oversell you randomness and make no effort in being personable. I hardly ever make reviews but this was well deserved. I was nervous to come here because some of the reviews I'd seen, I looked through and noticed a lot of them were just handing out bad reviews everywhere so I gave this place a shot.

The "guy" at the front desk is unhelpful, slow, and just plain rude. He is useless and has no customer service skills. He is unable to answer simple questions. Each time I've brought my car in and drop it off, I have had to call 5-6 hrs later only to find it's been ready for hours. No communication at all. When I go pick up my car, he cannot explain what they did or why. I am always charged the higher amount and when I try to find out why, all he can do is walk off and try to find someone to answer questions. And then they come in and speak to me like I'm an idiot. I have a feeling they have dishonest practices- esp upselling women. This time I brought my husband who didn't fall for their false explanations. He agreed- they are dishonest and rude. Even though they are 3 minutes from my house, I will drive to Hendo or Sburg so I don't have to go back.
