Dunkin Donuts left and now they carry some name I have never heard of. They don't sell them by the Dozen they are now per donut and the prices are ridiculous. They do have buy 7 and get one free which is crazy why bother! The gas pumps don't always work, went to get gas and put the card in and it wouldn't pump. Seems like it needed to be maintained or something but yet it seemed like it took the card. I called my bank to make sure since it was ran 2-3 times and it wouldn't work so we ,drove off. Gas use to be good price to stop here now they Are going up like the others in the area Over all I think we will go else where when we need gas, will only come back if we are desperate. Maybe they will fix the pumps and fix the donut prices instead of raping customers of their money when they come in.

Freeman Gas HVL NC had no problem taking my money for new gas logs and setting an install date…read more There was no phone call to confirm installation, but he (Brian) did show up on scheduled date for installation. Brian (who no longer works there) took my information to get a hood ordered to keep the heat off the mantle (only 14" away). Since the installation of logs, I've called Freeman HVL 3 times to get it ordered and I keep getting excuses. Then I complained about smelling gas and was told they'd come out. NO SHOW. Angela knows how to answer the phone but aside from that it's all lies. Horrible customer service.

I loved going to this place until Patty started working there. She, for no reason at all has a…read moreproblem with my family, on a number of occasions she is actively trying to to separate me and my husband. We are never rude when we come through but today was the last time. We went to go get cigarettes and she wasn't even helping us but started saying rumors she started and this made my husband mad he laughed most of the time but she just kept going so he finally said something back and she ran out the door yelling obscene things as we drove off. Again we have never interacted with this woman other than when she worked in the same company as my husband and going to the gas station to buy thing (while being polite the whole time) such an unprofessional way to handle yourself and again she wasn't helping us. All because my husband is helping out someone she knows personally. All she had to do is not engage in a conversation and continue what she was doing, we are never rude and even when she did help us one day we only ever said what we needed and nothing more.

On the outside, you wouldn't think there is much to it. But when you enter, they have everything you could ask for in a big city convenient store. They even have funny signs alerting you to their "rules. " Their bathroom is clean. they have a menu of wings and other items you can order to be prepared right away. They do, however, require a four dollar minimum purchase if you're paying with credit card.
