Both, in person and on the phone, I've found friendly service, and time and helpful information. On both visits to the business, Jacob was quick to access the situation, and make recommendations of what was needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsale anything, or try to take advantage of the situation. As a matter of fact, in both instances, we left spending less money than expected. As I was walking out the door, dreading heading to Hendersonville or Spartanburg; she asked "does your baby need formula?" I told her "yes, we just ran out." Anyways she went outside to her vehicle and gave me two cans of formula and wouldn't take anything for them. From that point on I was sold. Those are the kind of people I want to give my business.
