I ordered hot lemon pepper fish with baked beans and a side of fries. The fish was fresh out the fryer and served country style, which means on a piece of bread. The hot lemon pepper flavor could have been a little more spicier but the fish was still really good. The baked beans were also good. It tasted like chilli pepper was added to the beans. I couldn't really put my taste buds on it so I'm just going to say chili pepper. The french fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. They were not salty at all. There are other items I would like to try so I will definitely be making another stop at this food truck. Very juicy, not overcooked and the nice thick slice of Tomato and Onions only added to the flavor The Tomato was obviously vine ripened because it had a nice full taste, and the texture was not like cardboard we get in the winter. Two reasons for the lower rating. There are no sides, and I was told they don't have a fryer. So much for French Fries, Tater Totes etc. Other problem is there is no place to enjoy your sandwich. Plan on taking it with you. I ended up eating the Cheeseburger seated in my car and being very juicy, had to change clothes when I got home. So long as you're planning on taking your meal with you, you will probably enjoy this place. If I had to compare the Cheeseburger to another Chain, I would say probably 5 Guys but less expensive.
