I think that's about the highest compliment you can give to someone working on automobiles as they can typically tell you anything is wrong or that anything went wrong while working on your vehicle. I've had times Gamble's has charged me less than they estimated. They've had my vehicle and have only found the most minor of problems. They don't have anywhere to really wait and sometimes they get busy and it takes longer than you expect, but I've never walked out of there upset or feeling like I've been taken. Just my 2 cents.
