Coffee is always good although sometimes the consistency of the taste may be slightly off sometimes. But if you understand coffee and pulling espresso shots there can be very fine nuances that change depending on the grind, temp, time, and even the barista can affect the way a shot is made/tastes. We've tried the spicy cayenne pepper drink and it was too much spice. I know it can be done as I've had it at a different coffee shop and it had just the right amount of kick.
