Amazingly, they have employed some really helpful and courteous people. The hourly paid store associates get five stars from me. I'd be hard pressed to give two stars to their superiors! The one outstanding and redeeming quality about Ingles is their wonderful sub sandwiches. They use Boar's Head meats. They save the day for Ingles! This stuff is far and beyond better than the meats used at nationally recognizable sub restaurants. It's better than good; it's unreal! Ingles; you still have a long way to go to being on the same level as Publix! Keep serving that fantastic Boar's Head meats on your subs! I'll continue to hang in there with you!

I dinged them two stars because of their high gasoline prices. The reality is that gas taxes are a lot higher in North Carolina. Not the store's fault! I'm satisfied that's the main reason so many folks were shopping here today. I wouldn't want to say that Ingles's has the lowest prices in the world but they do offer some pretty decent weekly specials. I deducted one star because the parking lot is cramped and the parking spaces seemed unusually tight. All things considered, this is a very good place to shop.
