Dear Manager, I…read morewant to recognize Rachel for exceptional customer service at your Walgreens store located at 2500 E Franklin Blvd in Gastonia, NC. She went above and beyond to help me develop two special photos and patiently guided me step by step through the entire process. She deserves recognition for her outstanding service and dedication. Thank you!

Upon my arrival, the store only had a few customers inside. The shelves were well stocked and I was greeted when I arrived. I saw 1-2 employees stocking shelves as I made my way to the back of the store towards the pharmacy. I waited a few minutes for my turn. I was given some paperwork and then back in line to return it. The pharmacy tech called me back into a small room to administer the vaccine. She was really nice and we talked some during our short time together. It was over in a matter of seconds. She asked that I wait 15 minutes before driving away. This is the direction they give everyone after the shot. I was glad that I arrived when I did. After I finished completing my paperwork, a bus of about 8-10 elderly people were dropped off. They were making small talk amongst themselves and with the pharmacy techs. My wait could have been much longer if I arrived after them. They were a cute bunch and the techs knew them by name.

Easy in and easy out. There is a "classic" convenience store inside but I did not venture to explore it today. [Review 13191 overall, 508 of 2020.]

Given recent reports and warnings about fuel pump tampering and fuel theft schemes, the issue immediately raised concerns. Rather than ignore it, I went inside and politely informed the cashier. Instead of taking the concern seriously, I was told it was caused by me removing the nozzle too early, which was not accurate because the nozzle was still in my vehicle. I was then told that concerns about fuel theft were "just a TikTok trend." The conversation became even more frustrating when the cashier suggested that perhaps my gas tank was simply full. At that point, I had only pumped approximately $11 worth of fuel into my vehicle. I explained that unless I was driving a bicycle, it was highly unlikely that my tank was full after only $11 in gas. Rather than addressing the concern, it felt like excuses were being made to dismiss it. My issue is not whether the pump was actually being used for a scam; it's the dismissive response from staff when a legitimate customer raised a reasonable concern about the condition of the pump. A simple acknowledgment and a promise to have someone inspect it would have gone a long way. Before leaving, I took photos and made sure the pump was properly secured. I would encourage other customers to pay attention to the condition of the pumps before and after fueling. Customer concerns should be taken seriously, especially when they involve equipment that directly affects the product being purchased. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism shown.
