I came to this Walgreens to get my vaccine. They were super nice over the phone when I called to ask some general questions two days prior. Upon my arrival, the store only had a few customers inside. The shelves were well stocked and I was greeted when I arrived. I saw 1-2 employees stocking shelves as I made my way to the back of the store towards the pharmacy. I waited a few minutes for my turn. I was given some paperwork and then back in line to return it. The pharmacy tech called me back into a small room to administer the vaccine. She was really nice and we talked some during our short time together. It was over in a matter of seconds. She asked that I wait 15 minutes before driving away. This is the direction they give everyone after the shot. I was glad that I arrived when I did. After I finished completing my paperwork, a bus of about 8-10 elderly people were dropped off. They were making small talk amongst themselves and with the pharmacy techs. My wait could have been much longer if I arrived after them. They were a cute bunch and the techs knew them by name. read more

The Worst Walgreens EVER, The pharmacy employees are very rude, the take forever and very cery slow, my meds were called in since this morning and I waited 40 minutes and they said it was still not ready!!! They were not shorthanded either and the pharmacist is Slow and does not care about anyones time. The rest of the store is great, customer service is great. I had a associate yell at me and talk over me while I was trying to speak. She was blurry unprofessional and rude. I called corporate to report her. They are always out of medications I need every month and I never receive any communication when they are finally available. They female pharmacist seems like she doesn't like to be bothered with any questions. read more

I had a coupon for baby vitamins. The kind lady at the register tried to make it work and could not so she called the manager who was not happy to help. She could not get it to work either and became very rude. She told the lady at the counter to price adjust it but the attitude is what made the whole experience terrible. Well at least they're making money hand over fist. Pharmacy is always packed with customers ... and grossly understaffed! 8 pm on a Thursday night and it was pure misery. Left and went to the CVS on Union - no waiting there. The best option is Moss Drug but if you need an Rx after 8 pm, that's not feasible. Oh and this is the worst intersection in Gastonia so it's a real pain getting in & out of here. read more

The staff have always been helpful and assisted me with Rx problems with my family members many meds. Always cheerful. Looked out for me when I had a problem getting a medication and working through the insurance. Use them for everything from shots to medication. Great job. read more

Had a prescription called in for me. Three hours later I show up and it isn't filled. Use another pharmacy unless you enjoy waiting forever.

This store was extremely rude and blunt. My mother and aunt were purchasing household items and medicine from pharmacy, as they were leaving they were stopped and verbally abused. The woman at the cash register accused them of stealing a $2.99 back scratcher, she was also told to find exactly where she laid it down. She found the item to prove her innocence and the associate told her " At night we have to put this back so people shouldn't place things in the wrong place" ... This place was rude and indecent to their customers. read more

Slowest pharmacy ever? Perhaps. I had a prescription that had to be picked up at this location otherwise I'd never have come here and certainly won't be back. Employees are friendly enough, they just take forever to fill prescriptions and move from one customer to another. read more

This is NOT a 24 hour pharmacy. It should not be listed as such. It's a 24 hour place to buy milk and greeting cards.

Worst pharmacy I have had to do business with. Every time I have had any need to get my medication it takes hours to get help. They take three or more minutes to answer the phone, then the person , (doesn't mater who you speak with by the way) they don't seem to realize that they are at work,the person requesting assistance needs well,just that. I don't expect anything other than courtesy, professional attitude and a basic knowledge of what is needed to fill my prescription. Unfortunately the Walmart at Franklin is not able nor do they seem to have the desire to fulfill these duties. read more

We're switching our prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is the third time they've screwed up our prescriptions and I've gotten sick of doing their job for them. The pharmacists are now running on a "do whatever it takes to get in and out" methodology, and that methodology causes mistakes that shouldn't happen in a pharmacy. Their attitude completely stinks, and this last time we even CALLED AHEAD to make absolutely certain they hadn't screwed things up and somehow they managed to screw things up between the call and the five-minute car ride over (or they didn't even bother to check during the call!) I've gone without vital blood pressure medication for DAYS because of these people, and quite honestly, enough is enough. I'll be getting my medication from Target or CVS, starting tomorrow morning. read more
