Dunkin Donuts left and now they carry some name I have never heard of. They don't sell them by the Dozen they are now per donut and the prices are ridiculous. They do have buy 7 and get one free which is crazy why bother! The gas pumps don't always work, went to get gas and put the card in and it wouldn't pump. Seems like it needed to be maintained or something but yet it seemed like it took the card. I called my bank to make sure since it was ran 2-3 times and it wouldn't work so we ,drove off. Gas use to be good price to stop here now they Are going up like the others in the area Over all I think we will go else where when we need gas, will only come back if we are desperate. Maybe they will fix the pumps and fix the donut prices instead of raping customers of their money when they come in.

Two chicken tenders and an order of mac-n-cheese is instead rang up as a chicken tender snack meal plus a 99 cent increase to the price for the mac-n-cheese. This totals to 70 cents MORE than what should have been the total if rang up properly as simply two chicken tenders and a side of mac-n-cheese. After two inquiries about it, one with the manager and my explaining the overcharge, the answer was, "Well, that's the way we are told to do it." How's that for customer service? Rationalize overcharging customers without thought or consideration of what's right or a willingness to change the theft. After frequenting Drop Ins for over two decades, I for one won't be back. Too bad. 70 cents is a small amount however it is the principle of the matter. And, losing a customer over 70 cents seems rather ridiculous in todays competitive market.
