With a couple of exceptions, the staff has never been particularly friendly and a few times edging towards hostile but didn't quite get there. A male checker pulled something yesterday worthy of a complaint as when he finished checking me out he exposed his stomach by either pulling his tee shirt up or by stretching in such a way that he was exposed. Secondly, too many products are carried with high sugar content. I know sourcing is difficult but this should be a concern for management. Too much sugar is definitely not healthy.

We were given one little pack of butter. Then asked for a "few" more butter packs, and were handed one. Upon leaving, we realized that there was a plain bagel in place of the croissant we ordered. We went in to rectify it and were greeted with an adamant wretched attitude insisting that we had ordered two bagels. Perhaps she should stay in the back and away from customer service, but then I would be concerned she may spit in peoples food with that personality!

We really wanted there to be more fresh vegetables, but it was slim pickings with just some scraps of not-so-great looking lettuce heads, carrots, and cucumbers. They did however have a nice deli in the far back with some interesting cheeses, as well as some options for pre-packaged and ready-to-eat meats/meals in the coolers adjacent to the deli case. The primary thing stocked here overall seems to be snack foods - of which, there is a good variety, but the shelves felt unnecessarily bare elsewhere and what was there was pretty generic. Service was OK, but from our experience getting cheese from the deli, it was evident that is not a typical request because it took awhile to square it all away. Overall, you'll be able to get some things to stock your pantry, but lowered expectations are necessary.

Today as I stopped by to gey an oil change and inspection, I put my registration card on the dash and took my keys to the employee, as I have always been instructed in the past. A young man that I handedd my keys to was extremely rude. As I was telling him what I was there for, he started talking over me to tell me i needed to go back and bring him my registration. OK, that's fine, I went back to the vehicle and got the registration. So I went inside and waited almost an hour. Then a different young man brought me my keys and the ticket and indicated that they were finished. A quick look at the receipt told me that they had not done the oil change. Obviously the first kid was so busy talking over me he didn't pay attention to why I was there. I told the second young man that the oil was supposed to have been changed too. He apologized and said he would take care of that. So after nearly another hour wait, he brings me the ticket. It was $123 for and inspection and oil change! My last oil change here was $45! Now I know gas and oil have gone up in price, but doubled? I could have had the oil changed at a 10 minute oil change shop with synthetic oil for $55!! As I said I know prices have gone up for petroleum products. But courtesy and respect towards customers is free. But today it was non-existent. And it cost your business a decades long customer.
