The service is down home friendly and kind. Great conversation and genuine concern for your questions and opinions. We were beer drinkers on our visit so not sure about the wine but they did appear to have a great selection. The beer selection was extremely varied with many import options. The draft beer was clean, cold and excellent. Strongly recommend. read more

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I visited the shop one afternoon while visiting Tryon and purchased a bottle of red wine. I live almost three hours away so when I wanted more of my new favorite red, I was unable to buy it locally. The shipping charge for a case (random online order) was outrageous. I turned to The Tryon Bottle for assistance. They ordered me a case and held it for me. This is truly going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. P.S.: Their peanut butter cookies are also not to be missed when you visit. read more

This is a popular place in the area. It's a place for people to go and congregate on Friday afternoon's after work. What I don't understand is why the proprietor is not more friendly to her customers. Tryon is known as the friendliest town in the south but not with people like her being rude to customers. read more

Absolutely great custom cakes... I've had 2 made and they were exactly what I asked for. The Mountain Dew cake sitting atop a round of Mountain Dew cans was a BIG hit! The Skittles cake came in second with skittles flowing out of the middle! Yummmm read more

What a hoot - Memorial Day, 2018! Pick your beer from the back room and pay out front at the register before leaving. Help yourself to a table and listen to local, live music and meet EVERYONE in town (especially Fri eve). The sugar goodies are awesome - even the gluten-free stuff. The friendliest place in town! We'll be returning over Labor Day weekend for sure. read more

Although I did not make a purchase today, I stopped into La Boutille in Greer for directions and was very pleased with my visit. The store had a nice, rustic yet sophisticated feel to it, with wooden folk artsy décor and vintage signs placed strategically on the displays. There was a wide variety of wines in the front and craft and artisan beers in the back. I noticed some tables and chairs back with the beer; presumably for visitors to sample their selections. It had a lot more warmth than the average wine shop. The highlight of the visit, however, was the young lady who assisted me in directions. Although she was in no way obligated to do so, she helped me find where I needed to go and was very patient and friendly. I am sure that she treats customers with the same hospitality and warmth I experienced in my brief visit, and in the future if I am in need of wine or beer, I know where I am going! read more

They create delicious and unique wines that are suitable for every palate. We did a tasting for about $20 a person and each wine was somehow better and better as we went down the list. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful with superb landscape and lots of bird watching. They have really created an oasis that people need to know about, but at the same time I kind of want to keep the secret to myself because that's how good it is. Rebecca, made sure that any questions I asked were answered. She was terrific! Eric, was so professional and knowledgeable about the variety of wines we sampled for our tasting. This is one of the best places that I have had the chance to visit for beer and wine. They carry a rather large selection of craft beers and wines which is sometimes hard to find. Walking in you are immediately greeted by the workers and asked if you need any help. The workers have an abundance of information about the different products. Their spirit makes you want to stay and the quality of product makes you want to buy. I will have to return very soon. read more
