I got so sad today when I overheard a little old man practically almost crying when the pharmacist…read morewas being so mean to him they only had one month of his medicine and it was so important for him to have three months like he always get and they told him to take what he get and when he runs out to come back and then they would order it and it would take two weeks if they were able to get it ( BIG IF) meaning he would be without his medicine for two weeks and he called his wife tell her in which he said if he ran out of his medicine he would go into cardiac arrest he was panicking. So he asked the pharmacist if she could call the Walmart pharmacy or the cvs and she said I'll call cvs and that's it I'm not gonna be calling around for you every where. Which I'm not sure is her job or not to find someone else who he could receive his medicine through. But you would think you would go into this field trying to help some people who need their medicine to live daily. I view it as this might be someone's grandpa or dad if it was your mom or dad or family member you would do everything for that person to live comfortably despite the health problems through out there daily life that I'm sure causes him stress as it is. It breaks my heart that they see this man panicking and see it as an annoyance. This is a human who is concerned for his life please do better.

This is based on today's visit and Pharmacy only…read more Showed up yesterday to get my meds only to be told there was no pharmacist. Called today and was told it should be done before 7 tonight. Show up to find out it is still not done and it may not get done tonight!! Then was told by 9pm tonight like it don't matter if you need your meds or not! They don't care, she claims no pharmacist for 2 days. Drove here 2 times this is ridiculous! I use to deal with Walgreens in Nevada and thought I'd switch back but I will not deal with this pharmacy again. The one in Nevada I went to never in years went through this. I would think people who show up for the meds would have a better chance of getting them done, then she says there's over a 100 ahead of me!!!! Gas is cheap I guess to keep running 30 min one way to be told it's not done yet. I guess next would be to call the corporate office to let them know how their pharmacy is being ran.
