I found this vape shop after moving to the area coming from a very large urban city. It's often been difficult to find what I need here in just about any category you can imagine since the area here is very rural in comparison to where I used to live. But UnderGround Vapes was a great exception, they were the first one I found locally and they had everything I needed plus they were so very helpful and took time to explain how each thing worked. Every time I go in the service and attentiveness is consistent, and the owner is always available, super helpful in addition to being very friendly. I'm thankful I don't have to drive 30 miles to find a great vape shop and UnderGround Vapes is great! read more

Staff is weird, a little air headed, and very passive aggressive. They can be rude and very as a matter of a fact, considering its one of only 3 shops around its pretty easy to be the best game in town. especially being the town they operate out of is one horse, so not a hard thing to do. Many people tell me they have pleasant experiences at this establishment, i will admit to having one as well only it was when the owners were not there. so from now on i will take my business to shelby. read more

Established in 2014.

We originally started in a basement in Spindale NC. We quickly out grew the basement and opened the Spindale location. With our focus on our customers and with their continued support, we have continued to grow. We now have a second location on Main St, Forest City NC.

This used to be a great place to go, for years. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always…read moreremembered you. Within the last few months however that has changed. I am not sure if it is new owners or what, but I have not seen the normal staff for months. The Indians that run it now, while not inherently a problem, a language and cultural barrier exists, but it needs to be mentioned for context, which I will explain. Now when you go in, every time, they are either on a VERY loud speakerphone/video call with at least 3 other people or listening to again, VERY loud indian music on their phone. No acknowledgement when you go in and you appear to be bothering the person at the register when you go up. The person at the register (it's usually the same person day or night 7 days a week) does not understand english very well and its very hard to make him understand what I want. The Pricing is also inconsistent and this was the dealbreaker. I asked for a specific product and when we went to the register (this has happened before, but not this badly in price) he asked the person on his call how much the product was, which seems to happen all the time, and he arbitrarily said 45 dollars. It was rang up as butane, which it was not, and not even in the same category, again, this has happened before with the generic butane item. I thought about that the entire way home and finally looked that product up online. Everywhere it was sold it ranged from 15-20 dollars, everywhere. I then called other stores and got the same thing. I said something to the employee later and after trying to explain 5 times (which he never really understood) he asked for a receipt. I explained they don't give itemized receipts and he rang it up as butane. He then said oooh alright and smiled, and went back to his phone call like he just solved a great problem without a care in the world. I have been a loyal customer for years. No longer.

Good vape shop and knowledgable about vaping equipment. Everyone there has always been friendly to me and makes me feel welcome. My only complaint and its nothing major is apparentlly Confections Maple Butter is a very popular juice but they are out of it on a regular basis which tells me they need to order more to have on hand.
