South Carolina is typically 20 cents cheaper than North Carolina) They have a huge selection of teas and fountain sodas that you can get for as little as 99 cents. They have pizza, mac and cheese, sandwiches made to order, hot pretzels and even brisket tacos. The food selection is on point, and I've never been disappointed with my order. It's the cleanest gas station I've ever been to, and I always feel safe. Check them out if you're in the area.

I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back, and he let me know he was the only one there. I came in to grab some candy and custom bookmarks, but after purchasing and opening the bookmarks in the parking lot, I realized they were of someone else's family! I had to go back inside, where they remade mine. It took a while, so I ended up walking around the store while waiting. When they finally gave me the bookmarks, they hadn't even been cut, which kind of defeated the whole point of having bookmarks. The silver lining was that the bookmarks were free due to a promotion. Had I paid for them, I'd be a lot more disappointed. Overall, I'm thankful for the promotion, but the whole experience could have been smoother.

Traffic was backed up heading towards the highway and I figured that this was a great opportunity to stop. This place had plenty of gas pumps with easy access to the street and Highway nearby. The store was very clean and very well stocked with the same layout that I'm very familiar with whenever I walk to a QT gas station. Clean restrooms were featured as well! For one thing the prices are great- especially if you also do your grocery shopping at Harris teeter in which case you get deep discounts on fuel. Today I got 50 cents off PER GALLON and I got 16 gallons! The gas station is essentially fully automated though there is a human there if you need one. They have basically a convenience store in vending machines, and it's open 24 hours.
