    Smoked beef Dino ribs

Paid $45 for this 4 rib plate of beef Dino ribs. Excellent quality for the price. Have ordered Dino ribs from multiple other online sources and they range $90-150 for very similar quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We visited the Peach stand a few years ago and just recently visited again. It has really expanded into a store with a restaurant, a butcher shop, cheese and salad counter and baked goods section. One can find fresh fruit and vegetables, canned goods, a tremendous amount of bottled sauce and condiments, spices, bagged chips and snacks, and frozen prepared foods. Everything is beautifully displayed and ,neat and products well organized but everything very pricey in my opinion.

Delicious godfather sandwich, great bread and tomatoes on all. Quick counter service, good indoor seating. Part of a larger farm stand type place. Ambiance nice.

    Chicken salad sandwich

I really wanted to like this place and support a small local business. I first went for lunch when they opened and was underwhelmed. Now 6-9 months later, I decided to go back. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich which cost $8.99. Maybe with the term "deli" my expectations are too high but when I order lunch it would be nice to actually make it a meal to include a small handful of chips, slaw or pasta salad or a pickle maybe? Or maybe offer the option of sandwich versus"meal". .Staff was friendly. Service was slow. Food was average.

I have been coming to the Peach Stand for years, we loved breakfast and lunch here.. It was a wonderful home town treat.. To say it has changed would be a Huge understatement, they have long ago gotten rid of the hot food options, and now only serve mediocre hot dogs, burgers, and so so sandwiches... The best thing on anyones plate was the pickle.. The fries were well fries, and the onion rings, well you can see them in the picture.. It's sad when a great restaurant goes down.. I don't think I will be coming back to eat at the restaurant.. I gave it 3 stars because the other parts of the Peach Stand still rock, especially the bakery..

Hot dogs and hand cut fries

People have always told me to come to this York County staple and I'm so upset it took me so long to finally come and try it out. The peach stand is known for having wonderful baked goodies, meat, fresh milk, and eggs. However they have a whole restaurant which is amazing. The restaurant is like a small town feel. My co workers have been telling me to try so I'm glad I did. When i went they had a normal lunch time crowd but the line moved fast. The special today was meatballs with all your down home southern sides or you can opt for a burger, hot dogs, and they're other sandwiches they have. I decided on the hot dogs all the way with their hand cut fries and a drink. The total of all that was $7. The hotdogs were amazing but the fries were so crispy and seasoned so well! I'll definitely be back for more of their goodies!

Excellent food, baked goods are exceptional and the butcher shop has selections that are a quantum leap ahead of any grocery in the county.

Every corner seems to open into another stretch of South Asian staples and comforts, the sort of selection that makes you realize how limited most other grocery stores really are. You get the big bags of rice stacked with that quiet confidence that comes from high turnover, the boxes and boxes of spices that hit you with that warm, earthy scent the moment you walk past, and a produce section that feels genuinely fresh rather than obligatory. The cut‑to‑order halal butcher is one of those rare touches that tells you they're serving a real community, not just filling space, and the frozen aisle runs long enough that you can lose a few minutes just scanning through all the breads, snacks, and ready‑to‑cook meals. It's one of those stores where you keep thinking you've reached the end of the offerings only to find another shelf of sauces or lentils or sweets waiting for you, and by the time you leave you realize they really do have simply everything. You can buy rubs, marinades, salads, sides, bread, rolls, desserts, etc. They also have frozen wild game if that is what you are into. It was unfortunate that half their store did not have power as we were not able to see any of the meat or fish on display. iI was ok we were not able to hand select our steaks or fish - the store has such a great reputation we were not too worried about what we would end up with. We decided to order 4 prime marinated NY strip and 2 tuna steaks. They make theur own naribade so we had to try it. We also wanted to try one of frozen pre-made meals so we chose the sausage and pasta with vodka sauce. While in line to checkout we saw more than a few people with trays of cinnamon buns so we had to try them as well. This is a summery of our purchased food:. The cinnamon rolls were grainy. Not smooth. I think they were old (I had to pull them from the back). The steaks had a great flavor as the marinade was really good. Three of the 4 steaks were over cooked because we were given 4 different sized steaks. 2 got burnt the third was well done....$60 wasted. The tuna was good but again they gave us one large steak and one thinner one so the smaller was was dry....another $15 wasted. If I can make any suggestion....do not make a purchase without seeing what you are buying. $136.00 later I can say I was disappointed because of the unevenness it was cooked improperly. 4 stars because the cook is partially to blame. 3 stars otherwise. The sales person is the first person that should know better than to sell meat and fish the way they did. Ruined my Christmas meal. Only 1 of us ate. :(

However, once we got inside it was a different story all together. There were two people working behind the counter who seemed friendly enough, but their knowledge of their wares was slim to none. As a chef, I asked them a few questions about the cuts of meat, the fish, and their selection of forcemeats, etc, and they were clueless. The fish in the counter had cloudy eyes, and looked very shiny/slimy, so you could tell it had been sitting there a while, Nonetheless, we purchased a couple of ribeyes and some sausages, both in casings and bulk. When we got home, as I was putting the sausages in the fridge, I noticed a peculiar smell coming from the sausages. I opened the package and all of it smelled like old fish. DISGUSTING! I didn't even bother with the steaks, all of it went into the garbage! I had hoped for a local butcher with good quality meats, cut on site, with quality, knowledgeable staff. Well, this is definitely not it. Definitely not recommended! Do yourself a favor, if you want a "decent" cut of meat at a quarter of the price, go to the grocery store, you will get a much better and safer product!
