Ate here thinking it was a home style place. It is a gas station with 8 tables. Food was ok, coffee was adequate. Not high class or even middle class. You better be hungry

EVERYTHING was on point at this 'mom and pops'. If you don't try it~ you're missing out.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch that isn't fast food. Places to sit inside as well.

Don't listen to the dumbass who previously posted. Great omelets and the best bacon egg and cheese biscuits.

A fresh english muffin, with two delicious poached eggs each on a bed of honey bacon and topped with a tasty hollandaise sauce, it comes with a choice of side so I got the savory home fries flavored with rosemary. It was all delicious! My Sister comes here often and had eaten earlier so she got the sweet potato fries which were so good! You can park in the FREE lot right across the street! There is street parking but not a lot. It's an old building, but they have upgraded it, the them is Honey Bees! We had an excellent Server, Heather who said she had been there about 3 years and liked it. We even got a welcome visit from Christian the GM, she was very pro! She was real nice and kept the re-fills coming with being asked! I would highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch, they do brunch on Weekends and they strongly recommend a reservation. We went as soon as the restaurant opened on a Saturday morning and had no issues with being seated without a reservation. Our server, McKenzie, was very attentive and checked on us throughout the meal an appropriate amount of times. She topped off waters and provided anything we asked almost instantly. Her service was outstanding! We ordered the French Toast Sammy, the Beehive Breakfast with French toast, and the Corned Beef Hash to go. We also had the Feelin' Peachy mimosa which was delicious. For the size of the portions, I believe the meal was appropriately priced. I really enjoyed the French Toast Sammy and had plenty of leftovers to take home. I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend!…read more From the food, the service and the ambience everything was a wonderful experience! We visited Saturday during brunch hour with a large party. So first and foremost, let's talk about the process of this eatery, you are expected to come in and wait in line grab a menu and then order at the counter. Once you order your food you will get a number to go with your meal then you will choose your seating area for larger parties, the staff will assist and support you with seating. Patrons are not following this process and they are saving tables as they enter which is extending the wait time in line. I ordered the chicken and red velvet waffle, and it was delicious! The chicken was fried perfectly and the cream cheese drizzle paired perfect with the velvet waffle! I didn't even use syrup. I ordered a cup of Parmesan grits on the side. I recommend that you try them. All paired with a pineapple mimosa. I am looking forward to returning. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

The Wafflery is a fast-casual breakfast spot with a surprisingly extensive menu--think waffles, biscuits, and plenty of other brunch favorites. It took me a minute to decide because everything sounded so good! Everything we ordered was flavorful and hit the spot. You can tell they don't cut corners when it comes to taste. They have two locations, and we visited the Rozzelles Ferry location, which was a great choice because there was more parking available. Just a heads up--both locations get pretty busy on weekends, but the line moves quickly, so the wait isn't too bad. If you're visiting Charlotte or just looking for a solid brunch option, this is definitely worth checking out

They did not disappoint. I went on a Wednesday morning after a doctor's appointment, which I had to fast for so I was really hungry and thirsty. The outstanding servers at Flipside quickly remedied both of those! Being that it was late morning in the middle of the week seating was quick and easy. I've been there on the weekends though picking up for DoorDash when the line has been out the door so please plan accordingly. But if the rest of their items are as good as what I had I now know why there is a line. My server was quickly to my table moments after I sat and was ready to get me a drink. I choose a simple soda but as they have a full bar there are so many choices! But even the simple soda delighted me as it was brought in a cute glass shaped like a soda can with the restaurant's name on it. I'm not sure if they sell them but I would have been a buyer today. Having delivered this dish to many times to count I knew what I was getting before I entered. The chicken and waffles will always be my go to order at any place that offers it so it was a no brainer. I added a side of sausage links, I like sausage with my breakfast and I wanted something else to rate. :) As I was thirsty I sucked down that first drink very fast and was happy when a server swooped by and filled it up for me and took the paper wrapper from the straw with her to clear the table. In hardly no time at all my order was delivered to my table. I was also asked if i wanted butter for my waffle, um yes please! My dish - the waffle was quite large and thick. It had a great crust to the outside but the inside was warm and fluffy. After the butter I poured the syrup over the waffle. It held up in the little waffle cups never really absorbed by the waffle and therefore it never got soggy. I got four decent sized chicken tenders, one for each quadrant of the waffle. At least, that's how my brain sized it up. The tenders were seasoned and coated well and would be a tasty snack on their own. Cut and stacked with bits of waffle made the ultimate bite! The sausage links were just as delicious! They were hot and the outer casing had a nice snap to them when you bit into them. It was the perfect compliment to the chicken and waffles. Overall my meal was amazing. The service was exemplary. The place is very cheerful and friendly. Just typing up this review made me crave another order of chicken and waffles. If you haven't yet been there then I highly suggest you get over there soon! I know I will be back soon!
