I've had the opportunity to use Broadway Tire Service a couple of times in the last few months, and that's exactly what I've found there. Both, in person and on the phone, I've found friendly service, and time and helpful information. On both visits to the business, Jacob was quick to access the situation, and make recommendations of what was needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsale anything, or try to take advantage of the situation. As a matter of fact, in both instances, we left spending less money than expected. All of that, combined, is what makes loyal return customers, and defines a "go-to" business. And that is Broadway Tire Service.

After a vet visit that tugged on all the heartstrings and a 4-hour drive filled with snacks, questions, and one thousand "Are we there yet?"s, we were running four hours late to our campground reservation. Naturally, because Murphy's Law never takes a day off, 30 minutes before arrival -- bam! -- flat tire. Cue panic. Cue grumpy kids. Cue that feeling of "this is how horror movies start." But then -- cue MAVIS, our real-life roadside heroes. We rolled into Mavis with a tire that was flatter than our energy levels, and within minutes, Nichole and the team had us back on track. They quickly diagnosed the issue -- a bad valve stem -- fixed it with professionalism and care, and most importantly, made sure we were safe. They didn't just patch a tire; they patched a day that was dangerously close to falling apart. So THANK YOU to Nichole and everyone at Mavis. Your kindness, speed, and smiles made a huge difference to a tired family just trying to make it to their vacation. You turned Murphy's Law into a minor speed bump, and for that, we are truly grateful. Highly recommend these folks -- not just for your tires, but for your peace of mind.

I am also a very loyal customer. I recently received a quote from the shop I have been using for the last 5 years (as long as I have owned my current car), that seemed somewhat excessive. I did some research and my thoughts were validated. So I did more research and found Cowan Tire and Auto. They had too many stellar reviews for it to be a fluke so I gave them a call and explained my situation. Even though they were slammed (as good shops always are) they said if I could drop the car off they would try to work it in to take a look and give me an estimate. I was prepared to leave it there for 2 days just to get inspected. I got a call at the end of the day with a report on the issues. My mechanic had recommended back brakes, new parking brakes and brake flush and gave a quote that was over $1300. Cowan gave me a quote for HUNDREDS less that also included new front brakes.
