On both visits to the business, Jacob was quick to access the situation, and make recommendations of what was needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsale anything, or try to take advantage of the situation. As a matter of fact, in both instances, we left spending less money than expected. First I went to the Chevy dealership, since this is where I got my tires before and I thought I had the roadside tire protection (not the case), so they gave me a quote to order a tire ($190.xx). I called Walmart, they had the same tire in stock, took less than half an hour from the time I checked in to when it was ready to be picked up, and it was a lot cheaper too ($141). was super helpful.

This was the cheapest and the name says it all!! If they can take you in they do get it done and your in and out. You get a print out you can take with you to motor vehicle but the man said you don't need it. While waiting there is a couple of seats inside. The restroom is outside on side of building, and talk about brrrr no heat in there!! My Dad has taken his car here as well. We are very happy with the service we received. That it was built before the 1940s. That is not a cop out to adhering to Ada guidelines. We will be following up legally in this matter. As this is discrimination, and across the street we dealt with the exact same problem of being denied restroom access. That's a big corporation. But you're a small business, and you should have accessible restrooms and a handicap ramp. Neither do you have. We will make sure that this changes. A person that's disabled shouldn't have to fight to use a restroom in an area that knows people will be waiting. It should be large enough to be used. There should be a ramp so there's not a constant struggle. There are laws in place for this purpose. Have some respect.

I am also a very loyal customer. I recently received a quote from the shop I have been using for the last 5 years (as long as I have owned my current car), that seemed somewhat excessive. I did some research and my thoughts were validated. So I did more research and found Cowan Tire and Auto. They had too many stellar reviews for it to be a fluke so I gave them a call and explained my situation. Even though they were slammed (as good shops always are) they said if I could drop the car off they would try to work it in to take a look and give me an estimate. I was prepared to leave it there for 2 days just to get inspected. I got a call at the end of the day with a report on the issues. My mechanic had recommended back brakes, new parking brakes and brake flush and gave a quote that was over $1300. Cowan gave me a quote for HUNDREDS less that also included new front brakes. On top of this, they took the calipers apart to clean and lube them so they did not need to be replaced. AND they did all this work the very next day because the car was already taken apart from the inspection. I am beyond grateful for their honesty, integrity and all around great service. They have earned all my future business as long as I live in the area and I will certainly be shouting about them to anyone looking for help with their car. 6 stars
