We have dropped it off 3 times being told this same claim by Ian's son. I swung by there today and still my husband's vehicle hasn't been touched. I was waiting for his vehicle to be repaired so that I could have them change my alternator. Needless to say I will not be taking my car to them. I'm assuming most of the good reviews they get are from people who know them and are getting to have their vehicle put ahead of others, like ours, since I have literally watched them put a police officers wife's car ahead of everyone else's repair. The only some what apology or recognition that we are being done wrong was that the son claimed his father keeps sending him other vehicles..... My husband has been waiting yet his Dad is sending him other vehicles to be put in front of his repairs? Absolutely unacceptable.

I informed the person who was going to do the work that I'd like for him to blow off my air filter and that is a requirement for me to business at any oil change place. He nice enough refused saying that they could damage it with their air hose and that they would be responsible for getting me another if that occurred. Ok, no problem I told the service guy.
