We have dropped it off 3 times being told this same claim by Ian's son. I swung by there today and still my husband's vehicle hasn't been touched. I was waiting for his vehicle to be repaired so that I could have them change my alternator. Needless to say I will not be taking my car to them. I'm assuming most of the good reviews they get are from people who know them and are getting to have their vehicle put ahead of others, like ours, since I have literally watched them put a police officers wife's car ahead of everyone else's repair. The only some what apology or recognition that we are being done wrong was that the son claimed his father keeps sending him other vehicles..... My husband has been waiting yet his Dad is sending him other vehicles to be put in front of his repairs? Absolutely unacceptable.

Just stopped here to inquire about getting the oil and filter changed on my car today and tomorrow…read moremy pickup truck. I walked in and didn't see anyone. After a few minutes a guy stepped out of the oil change area and asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking for a new oil change place and that I wasn't happy with my old place. I told him I only require that my air filter be blown off. He said he won't do it. I even offered to put it in writing that I'd pay for a new one if it got damaged during the cleaning process. This guy looked at me and told me he didn't have time to service me. Really? There was only one car being tended to while I was there. By Golly! I'm thrilled that Lightning Lube is doing so well that they don't have time to change my oil and filter! I'm also thrilled to report that they will never see a dime of my money!
