Stay away at all costs. They did not put my wife's plug back in properly and when we went out in the morning we had a huge pool of oil in our driveway. She needed to get to work the next morning so my so checked and sure enough it was a loose plug. He went to town and bought oil and brought it back up to full himself (after fixing plug). When she stopped in to Landrum lube to see if she could get a refund they refused and told her she should have driven the car in with the loose plug so they could have seen it - what a joke read more

I usually change my own oil but was in a pinch. I brought my own oil for them to change. This place is family operated and very professional. The shop near and organized. Prices are reasonable or less expensive than other places. I changed both my vehicles here really fast. I was very impressed. read more

So, I have been here twice. The shop is very neat and organized. They seem to have their act together. Both times I was in and out very quickly for about $100 each time for a synthetic oil change for my V8 pickup truck with premium oil filter. No problems. Then a couple of months after getting my last oil change I started seeing oil spots on my garage floor. I assumed it had been my older car that sometime would get parked in the garage for whatever reason. Nope. It was the 2021 pickup. Off to Landrum Lube to tell them of my problem. No line at the garage so I drive right in with 4 employees hanging about. The fellow in the pit is already sure and telling the woman running the place that it is "normal" and the leak isn't coming from the oil filter. "Sometimes that happens" and "it just took awhile for the oil to work it's way down". SO what they are saying is that the last time I had an oil change there they spilled some oil on the engine and it took this long to drip to the ground? I'm on my way home fuming. I know BS and / or incompetence when I hear it. So I go to a local car repair shop for backup on my unhappiness. They are very busy but stop everything to come look at the situation. About one and a half turns on the loose oil filter. With the engine running he could see the leak. I know where I will be going for my next oil change. The real test of a place is how they act when things go wrong. I don't mind a screw-up, people are human. Just own it when it happens. read more

This business owns what is probably my favorite car wash in Landrum. I've spent nearly $200 getting my car washed there since I started using their wash. However, on August 10th, 2019, I was robbed of $6 when I was told the car wash was closed for the day. This was after I put all my money in the pay-per-minute machine. When I asked for a refund for the remaining time, I was told, "we won't give you the $6 back because you probably caused more damage than you paid for." Mind you, the only thing that implied they were closed for the day was a small piece of caution tape that wasn't even strung up; it was taking up about 2 ft of space and was curled up on the ground. There were no signs or indications of any sort that implied they were closed for the day. Their service is legitimately the worst I've ever experienced. If you go, I hope you don't have to talk to the employees, because they apparently have a tendency to steal. If you want a good car wash, I recommend Ducky's car wash. It's a very short drive from this wash, but there's much better service, and it's been recently renovated. read more
