We got the signature oil change where they top off the fluids, look at the air filters (which we ended up changing), etc etc. The service technician was clear and concise. Advised on concerns (ie for us, the last place (not a JL) put too much oil in). The sitting area was large and clean. This was probably one of the better waiting areas I'd been in for a Jiffy Lube.

I've had a few oil changes, tire rotations etc. My very first visit, they discovered a significant oil leak and told me I needed to get it looked at asap. I have a warranty with my car so I took it to the dealership. Sure enough I needed a gasket seal replaced. Since my very first visit with them they've always greeted me and others with a smile and great attitude. They explain everything in detail sometimes with visual aids. If there's something that needs to be done, they offer to provide a service quote and leave it at that. They never pressure me into making an appointment or anything which I love! Keep in mind when reading these reviews that most people will only take the time to write one when something goes wrong. This service center is brand new and its employees always look presentable. I love the fact that there's also a female technician. So far I have absolutely no complaints and will be headed that way to get my brakes serviced. Today I was greeted with a bottle of water and then waited my turn in a lane. The time came for me to pull forward and the gentlemen asked for another car and I to trade places and for me to wait more. The other car had waited longer than me. That made sense, and also, it didn't. That has happened to me before and I had to wait. Then, the car in the far lane who arrived after me pulled forward to receive service. I decided to leave and go to a different company for an oil change.
