Took over another year and I won a settlement of 121k which I will probably never see. He still refused to give me my vehicle back. I had to have the sheriff department help me get it back. When I went to get my vehicle back he stated that he has been through this several times before and he knew how to hide thing so that I would never get any of the settlement. I did not dictate the price and I didn't opt for a cheaper fix. This was their solution within the boundaries they set. The hood has a large gap everyone notices and the fenders are already popping out. I barely drove the car since it was returned. I would be more sympathetic if I hit a pot hole or did something to exacerbate the problem. There were a few more little scuffs they covered up and the wheels are out of line but that is not my main complaint. They are very nice people. If I was interested in small talk I'd give them five stars. To be fair it is almost impossible to find a good mechanic. I waited to post a review so I could have an accurate idea of how the repair would hold up. I am not a mechanic so you can judge for yourself.

I specifically asked about door dings and scratches and was told that the car was in great condition. Upon arriving I was met and told that the vehicle was on a lift because they noticed that one of the brake drums was warped and needed replacing. Then I was taken to view the vehicle and I could not believe the amount of dents and scratches on the car. It looked like someone regularly drove it through tree branches and obviously did not take care of the car at all. It was a total waste of time and gas and the car was misrepresented beyond belief. I guess they thought I would buy something else if they could get me to come and view the car.

We were going to buy 2 cars, but have lost our business on both. We had them come pick up the 1 car that we had completed paperwork on because of their inability to provide proper service and fix the things that they had promised to fix. The day after the deal was signed and we began having problems with the vehicle, they all of the sudden decided that they had given us $3000 more on my trade in then they should have given and used the excuse that they had only used my middle inital on the paperwork when they should have used my full middle name so they were making the deal null and void so they didnt lose money. This is the most shady operated company I have ever done business with. The owner was just as shady as the employees. Being employeed in the customer service field with a fortune 500 company, I was just appalled at the level of service provided. Even though we will start car hunting all over again, I am glad to know that we now have the chance to find a dealership that is worthy of our business and who strives to treat their customers with dignity and respect.
