That tire exploded later that day, on my brand new truck in the middle of traffic at night busy intersection. Also there were a few women in waiting room and we were all scrolling on our phones and the audio was hooked up to our cars. As you can tell when scrolling on reels or Instagram have no control over what comes up and the men seemed to be miffed about whatever content was playing over the speakers. Also the man who checked me in, then checked me out was visibly different toward me as if he knew something was wrong. I think they patched the SIDE of my tire. Never again will go there and still need to contact corporate about that tire because I brought it to another places they said it should NOT have been patched. Lucky I didn't do any damage to my vehicle or I would have taken it to whole nother level

I decided to take my car here. I went to pick it up and had to drive to gastonia for my son's allergy shots. They did NOT plug my battery back up to my alternator and I got stranded with my son on back roads trying to come home from the doctor in the rain. How is something like that over looked. I don't understand. It was an absolute nightmare but at this point I hadn't heard other bad things yet. A couple months later I needed to take my car to get looked at again. I decided to give them another try. I took it the fixed it. I thought they were rude but most men are to women in car places so I didn't complain. Just decided to not go back. I paid 368 for 1 ignition coil and 1 spark plug. This was February 27th. On October 27 my car started acting up again and I knew from previous experience it was the spark plugs again. I took it to the Toyota clinic and I was correct. But apparently you're supposed to change all at the same time. Not just one. And I paid 377 for all 4 of mine and ignition coil. So not only did they not fix it properly but I paid 9 more for all of it to get fixed. Country town will screw you over if you're a woman. I have spoken to 4 other females who have had horrible experiences here. I know a couple of guys who won't go back and a couple who have never had an issue. But I have not heard any women with a positive experience. I will never go back. And I will never recommend.
