How do you get an estimate on an oil change here? I tried on two previous Saturday's to call and didn't get an answer. Today I called and they actually answered the phone. I inquired about the pricing on a synthetic oil change. They didn't know! They couldn't even find a pricing list! I realize this is a new business with a few bugs to work out but this set up is not for me. I like to have people answer their phones in a timely manner; and I require basic answers like cost!

From day one until the last couple of years; customer service was exceptional! That's kind of changed now. Like I said; initially you could select the brand of motor oil that you liked. Not anymore! It's pumped from large volume storage tanks. Also in the beginning of this business little things that customers appreciate like a quick car vacuuming or blowing off your air filter have disappeared! The last time I requested these people blow out my air filter I personally witnessed the service guy remove my air filter and go through the motions. He didn't have any air pressure at all! He faked the whole show! How phony is that! I didn't appreciate that at all! As soon as I can find another place to get a reasonably priced oil and filter change with the aforementioned customer perks; I will go there faithfully. Even though I do like the owner of this place; I will leave. Customer satisfaction is getting to be a lost art!

Not only are they friendly and professional, they are very fair in pricing and know what they're doing. They always take time to talk with you and explain what the problem is in detail, answer any questions you have and offer suggestions on how to make the problem better and what to look out for in the future. I still have a lot I want to do with my car to get it back in tip top shape, performance wise, and I'm happy to have found a place I feel confident will take care of my car and that I can trust to not take advantage of me.

I expected the car to be properly repaired after spending the money I did, not to leave the shop with additional problems.
