I've been taking my cars and pickup trucks here for a very long time. I like the owner. He's a nice…read moreguy and a good businessman. From day one until the last couple of years; customer service was exceptional! That's kind of changed now. Like I said; initially you could select the brand of motor oil that you liked. Not anymore! It's pumped from large volume storage tanks. Also in the beginning of this business little things that customers appreciate like a quick car vacuuming or blowing off your air filter have disappeared! The last time I requested these people blow out my air filter I personally witnessed the service guy remove my air filter and go through the motions. He didn't have any air pressure at all! He faked the whole show! How phony is that! I didn't appreciate that at all! As soon as I can find another place to get a reasonably priced oil and filter change with the aforementioned customer perks; I will go there faithfully. Even though I do like the owner of this place; I will leave. Customer satisfaction is getting to be a lost art!

They were very impressive as they quickly went about their work. They even offered each customer in line a free bottle of cold water! They used my vin number to get specifications about my vehicle. Immediately they knew all they needed to know about oil capacity and filter size. Mistake proof fix i'd say. They even blew off my air filter without being asked! Satisfied? I'll say I am! I intend to recommend this oil change place to my friends and I'll continue to be a happy customer!

Since getting the car back, I've had nothing but issues. After the initial repair, I ended up having to purchase a brand-new radiator through them--something I had never had an issue with before the transmission work. I've now had the car back a second time, and I'm still dealing with problems. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the way this situation has been handled. I expected the car to be properly repaired after spending the money I did, not to leave the shop with additional problems. I also had an experience with the owner that I found to be racist and completely unacceptable. That alone is enough for me to say I will never do business here again. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business.

We have dropped it off 3 times being told this same claim by Ian's son. I swung by there today and still my husband's vehicle hasn't been touched. I was waiting for his vehicle to be repaired so that I could have them change my alternator. Needless to say I will not be taking my car to them. I'm assuming most of the good reviews they get are from people who know them and are getting to have their vehicle put ahead of others, like ours, since I have literally watched them put a police officers wife's car ahead of everyone else's repair. The only some what apology or recognition that we are being done wrong was that the son claimed his father keeps sending him other vehicles..... My husband has been waiting yet his Dad is sending him other vehicles to be put in front of his repairs? Absolutely unacceptable.
