Cruisers advertises and encourages customers to inspect their cars or trucks and to make comments to the people finishing up your vehicle if you'd like something touched up or missed by the detail guy. I tried requesting a touch up on a place that was missed. I got a bit of animosity from the attendant! It appears that he wasn't up to hearing any suggestions from me. I let it go and gave him a good tip anyway. The people here do work very hard and under trying conditions! All said and done I did get a good car wash for my money!

He explained that I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to explain the process. I received text message from Hayden to go to your preferred body shop to get a quote for the repair. He explained they would bill Waves directly. A day after I dropped my vehicle off for repair I received an email the day after explaining Waves would not cover the repair to fix my new vehicle. Employees of Waves are making inaccurate statements so they don't have to cover the damage their equipment caused.
