While the exterior cleaning of my car was excellent, i feel as if they overlooked minor details in the interior. Regardless, I will be back again for details :-) read more

I continue to like this car wash because it's the only full service one in my hometown. We have another fully automated car wash but after the wash, thats where the service ends. You will vac and towel dry your vehicle yourself. I don't always feel like doing all of that! Cruisers advertises and encourages customers to inspect their cars or trucks and to make comments to the people finishing up your vehicle if you'd like something touched up or missed by the detail guy. I tried requesting a touch up on a place that was missed. I got a bit of animosity from the attendant! It appears that he wasn't up to hearing any suggestions from me. I let it go and gave him a good tip anyway. The people here do work very hard and under trying conditions! All said and done I did get a good car wash for my money! read more

Very disappointed in this car wash. The last 3 times have had an issue each time. This time was strike 3. They had 2 cars ahead of mine. Mine being only 3 cars there. That's it. It took over 30 minutes to finish my vehicle. All 3 guys drying vehicles stood around talking to each other while the cars sat there and us 3 customers watching them. They were passing around cigarettes. I will not be going back there, nor will my wife or adult kids. No management was viable to make this business efficient or the management was one of the one's talking. Unfortunate. read more

best to only get the basics, when you pay for the works you might get the basic unknowingly!

Paid for the top service, price seemed good for what was listed. The outside of the car looked great, including shiny tires. I expected more with the interior, there were spots missed while vacuuming and the consoles were not in much better condition than before the visit. This is sort of critical as I could have just ran through a car wash for the exterior and done the interior just as well myself in a similar amount of time. I even tipped the guys doing the interior $10 (prior to them starting) so they would do a nice job. I don't know what I expected for the air freshener but it wasn't some tabs are dropped in the hand wells of the doors that smell overpowering the first day and then nice for a week or so before fading. Overall I think I'd have been happier paying for one of the lower package deals and not tipping as much. read more

Incredible job cleaning out my disgusting work car. Also a class act group of guys I just wished they had a way to leave a tip when they charge your card. This is always my stop when I need to have a complete car wash/detail. read more

Doubt I'd go back. Took entirely too long. I saw employee sitting in a customer's car smoking. They turned on the radios of customers cars and even changed the station in mine. They turned on my A/C and cut it down lower than were I keep it. I saw one employee climb in the bed of a customers truck and sit on the tail gate while other employees leaned up against it. The owner said they believe the employee sitting on tail gate of his truck scratched the plastic trim on tail gate. Amazing. Apparently no one there was in charge. Needed to move employees around to keep the process flowing. read more

Drove down from Canada and got caught in a bad snow storm and needed to wash off the salt and ice. Incredible customer service and was very pleased. Would definitely come back again if in the area. read more

I am here from New Jersey to visit my granddaughter, & my car needed a cleaning. I was apprehensive after reading some unflattering comments, but I decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service. After the wash, a detailer is assigned to a car. The gentleman who worked on my SUV, Derrick, was extremely meticulous with the finishing of the job. He spent probably half an hour thoroughly drying the car, the door jambs and the lift gate. He cleaned the windows, in and out and really worked on the rims which needed to be cleaned. I only wish they were in NJ, as I have never had such a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I wont be here much longer, but when I come back next year I will definitely stop at Cruizers. We are on our way to Dallas but drove through quite a bit of snow along the way. We stopped here to get the salt and chemicals off the car. Wow, this is super impressive. We paid $13 for the exterior wash. The automatic wash did a good job but the attention to detail by the guys who wiped down the car was what sold us. He spent at least 10 min wiping the excess water, detailing the tires and wiping down the door jams. I highly recommend this place. read more

For the price you can't beat this place, I personally know the owner Robert, he is lucky to have Warren and Rhett as employees. These two guys take their attention to detail to a higher level. read more

Cruisers always does an awesome job! If the detailer sees something and thinks it needs to be rewashed they'll run it back through. They have several different choices of air fresheners. I've never had a bad experience here the many times I've went! From the time I pay until they're done. read more

Absolutely the slowest people ever. Was the third car in line and just got an exterior wash. Was there over 30 min. Terrible service. I could have hand washed my car quicker. I will never be back. Need half a day if you go here. I know the guy who originally owned and built this car wash. He would not be happy with the service. read more

Cruizers Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Gaffney, South Carolina

This is the best carwash I have been to in years and I have been to lot all across the country they take there time and do a fantastic job

After going to Cruizers basically once a month in the past 6 years, I have officially went for the last time. Whether it's leftover receipts or other small items that are not picked up, missed spots on your car bc of the lack of effort from the workers, etc, it's always something. Today I went after not having a car wash in 1-2 months and I got the most expensive package in hopes it would make up for my car being more dirty than usual. Sadly I was very wrong. The whole roof of my car and trunk still have plenty of obvious missed spots, rims had missed spots (like usual), you can tell they didn't vacuum in between the seats of my car due to dirt and trash still being there. And to top it off, there is still foot prints in my leather seats from my dogs paws which is actually very easy to get off bc I do it myself sometimes. All this was noticed AFTER tipping $10 just bc I knew my car would be a slight hassle... Unless your car is basically already clean, I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

I own several vehicles and try to give my business to local businesses whenever possible. However, I have made at least 4 to 5 separate visits to this car wash (most recent today) in the past to take advantage of the "Express Wax" service that is advertised on their sign out front. However, each time I have been informed by the manager that they would be unable to provide the service because they did not have enough staff, but that I could get their "Platinum" wash. Today the manager told me the same thing, adding something about only providing the "Express Wax" service on certain days of the week. I asked, if that were so, why they did not include this information on the sign out front? He said they didn't have to, that he had to use staff there to keep the vehicles going through. For me, this was the last straw - terrible customer service - if they are going to advertise providing this service, shouldn't they hire enough people to do the work, or at least, include information on the advertisement out front as to the hours the service will be provided so folks will not waste time in line? I will no longer do business here. read more
