I've never been to a car dealership where I actually felt like the sales people were actually wanting to help me instead of just selling me a car until now. I live in Virginia and was able to order both cars through their website, and was able to coordinate ordering accessories through email. Both Amy and Caleb give me courtesy calls to keep me posted on the status and delivery dates. Thank you for the amazing customer service and communication. The level of professionalism and genuine hospitality I received made me feel very welcome-like I was actually a valued customer. I will gladly make the trip to Dick Brooks Honda for future car purchases. THANK YOU AMY, CALEB & ROWINA FOR MAKING EVERYTHING SO EASY, AND THANK YOU TO DICK BROOKS HONDA FOR RUNNING AN EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP!

We purchased/financed our 2025 Honda Pilot through Honda and have been very disappointed with how…read moreour recent service issue was handled. Our Pilot has approximately 21,000 miles, and the A/C suddenly stopped working. We brought it to Dick Brooks Honda and were told by Justin Dowling that the A/C clutch and coil need to be replaced. According to the repair order, the parts are currently "on backorder with no ETA." What was most disappointing wasn't that a part was backordered. We understand that parts shortages can happen. It was the response we received when asking what we were supposed to do in the meantime. We were given our vehicle back with no functioning A/C and essentially told by Justin that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to continue driving it until the parts became available. The loss of the A/C has also affected our ability to adequately defog the windshield in humid or rainy conditions, which creates a visibility concern while driving. This makes being told to simply continue driving the vehicle indefinitely without functioning A/C even more concerning. My husband called back and specifically asked to speak with management in hopes of finding another solution, especially since temperatures have been extremely hot and we have children who regularly ride in this vehicle. Unfortunately, management's response was still that there was nothing they could do and they trusted Justin's earlier assistance since he is the best in the service department. We weren't demanding anything unreasonable. We simply expected some effort toward a solution, whether that meant checking for the parts elsewhere even if they were not local, discussing a loaner or rental option (they told us that loaners/rentals were not an option), escalating the backorder through Honda, or otherwise helping a customer with a nearly new vehicle that is still under warranty. The lack of options was frustrating, but the lack of concern and effort to help is what was most disappointing. We have now had to escalate the matter directly with American Honda Customer Service and open a formal case ourselves. We also own a Toyota and have dealt with Toyota's service department on multiple occasions, and we have never been treated this way when dealing with a vehicle issue. The difference in the level of customer service and willingness to help has been very noticeable. This experience has seriously affected our confidence in returning to this dealership for future service or vehicle purchases.

The gentleman who helped me was friendly, we choose a wash, gave no instructions of what to expect, where is what, how to etc. I figured it out on my own. All purpose cleaner cannot remove doggy drool from dashboard. Weird. It did leave a dull residue for me to go home and clean again though. The vacuum head kept coming off, added stress. Would I recommend or come back...Oh No... I mean unless you want to do work. Thankful it's done, my car needed it. Not recommended after an MRI when on medical rest though. Had I been warned when I told the guy I'd not been here since Canopy or changes were made...I would have come back another day. Just not what I expected or needed today. Air freshener was shaped like a bear rather than a tree. Nope. I don't do that either. I expected better when I chose to come here. Now I know.
