Ok but why was I not told I had 2 stripped lag nut bolts with 2 missing lag nuts. And why does my drivers front wheel have gouges all over it? I brought my car in to get it worked on and they quoted me 1500 to do everything. Then when I took it back to get the struts work on they quoted me 1500 just for the struts. I told them to just do an oil change. Two weeks later my car was making a noise and I checked my oil it was very low I put two quarts in it and also no radiator fluid also the cap was left opened. read more

Sorry for all the long posts but this is crazy:Still zero stars for this place to. They took my van said they would fix it. Because there sister garage messed it up. Nd the owner said they had to. Then lied said i needed a intake manifold gasket i didn't need and i got it another 350.00. Still throwing the same codes still running the same after the gasket. Then on Friday i called and think about it im A month or more of them having my backup vehicle in the garage cause they messed it up and was trying to get out of fixing it. I get a phone call i recorded and its the manager justin said they finally took the peep things off and looks like your timing has been off the whole time. I said unbelievable wow. Mind you now my main van is broken down to and im left without a vehicle so i asked them now what. He said he was waiting on you the owner to decide whether he was going to let him fix it or send it back to westlake in Denver. I said i would rather yall fix it. He said he would let me know. Monday comes and he calls again i recorded it he said the owner said for them to fix it and he would work it out with him. I said great cause Im at Toyota buying anew one now cause I can't be down a day i have a business to run thats why i keep two vans. So i got a beautiful new 2025 Toyota for alot of money all because they were not fixing my vehicle. He said nothing to worry about we are tearing it down now to fix your timing issue. Again i said great. Then i get a call that afternoon that the tore it apart and the timing wasn't off it was a eco mode problem that they couldn't fix and that i need to take it to honda. I was flabbergasted and pretty upset. So i said don't touch it ill come get it and take it to honda. And guess what honda listened to my story went straight to checking everything out and making sure the timing was correct. And it was not it was off and that was the problem the whole time. I got video footage of them inspecting everything and they wrote a letter explaining that was definitely the problem. Now im 53,000 dollars in debt for a new van and I went through thousands of dollars in money and god only knows how many hours of pulling my hair out thinking this was going to bankrupt my company. Moral of story: stay away from westlake and this place and any other select tire location they are a joke. read more

Needed my oil changed. They only do walk ins and no appointments. Got there around 9 to drop off my car. They texted about 11 it was done. So nice communication there. Ended up being about 45 for my car which is an Acura tsx. My parents went in on another day got both their vehicles oil changed. They called and let my mom know her front tires were in poor shape. So got tires for 85 a piece. Not a bad price and were able to do it the same day. I will be back for future car fixes and changes. read more

Bob here, Angie and I have a Dodge Ram which we love. But the air conditioning went out, big problem in the dog days of summer. Having just moved, I had to search for places to have the service done. Select Tire Pros was nearby and had good google reviews. We took the truck in and in one day it was diagnosed and repaired. This was a compressor and all related parts and service. It wasn't cheap, but the compressor itself is a huge part of the bill. The place is clean, organized, you can get someone on the phone and in my case they work was completed very quickly. I will use them again. It is comforting to have a garage you do not fear is trying to rip you off. read more

I had them to install aftermarket lights that I bought from AutoZone it was for a truck SUV or car I had them to install them in a Mustang they said the wires was too short so they cut it and spliced in with speaker wire if you have any lights to install do not let them do it because they could and probably would use speaker wire they had plenty of wire but the person did not know how to do it it looks like a 6 year olds kindergarten school work I didn't even get to turn the lights on because they had the wires laying up against the steering column and the catalytic converter it melted all the wires they said it was normal 4 to use speaker wire on lights I would not recommend no one to go to this place read more
