Purchased four new tires which came with rotation and rebalancing for the life of the tires…read moreincluded at a cost of over $1200. They mounted, balanced and installed said tires over the existing wheel spacers that were on the vehicle prior to their work and made no mention of the spacers being any issue. 5,000 miles later returned to have the tires rotated and they said they would not rotate them because of the same spacers that were still on the vehicle from the last visit. So they had no issue when we spent all that money but now they do?!? They claimed it was their policy not to work on vehicles with spacers installed but they already had! They said it was a new policy and were sorry. Why does their new policy affect purchases, contracts and work performed before this policy was created? This policy is not part of the sales and service agreement we have so they are in breach and attorneys may become involved. Stay far away from Mavis Tires and Brakes because they are a dishonest business who will not honor their obligations that they put in writing, instead they create policies as they go to try and avoid fulfilling their commitments.We will never return and have told all our family, friends and coworkers to stay away also.

Went to sigs to get two new tires for my truck. BRANDON SIGMON came to me and told me he broke off…read morea screw. When I went out to my truck I seen they didn't break a screw but busted the centers on the front. According to JAMIE , that was the only way to get the centers off. They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. Not only did they bust the centers, Jamie cussed me and my wife, fu@k this and fu@k that he kept saying. As we was leaving he hollered have a MERRY FU@KING CHRISTMAS. WOW! This is the way Sigs does business. Tells customers to fu@k this and that. I paid $54? .00 for two tires and this is what I get. Never again will I return here for tires. I have bought tires from them for years only to be treated this badly. Who cusses their customers this way? Not only cussing but tearing up my stuff. I hope everyone reads this and sees it's not the place to go for tires. As far as I am concerned they should be shut down completely. No one should do business with them.

I only came there to get my tires changed and they was trying to get me to pay additional 80 some dollars for a sensor that I may or may not need . The manager I guess who is managing the place decided to be a complete jerk said that " ignorance is a bliss " like he didn't like that my husband was refusing to have extra money being charged. So, my husband was telling him that he didn't have to make such rude comments and the store manager said " I don't want to entertain you" like was he going to cuss my husband out or something? Like basically my husband as the say so of what goes on my van because he basically pays for everything that goes on the van. This place needs to do better at management or lose customers because I will never come back after today.
