I brought my BMW in for a routine oil change and what should have been a simple service turned into a series of problems. The replacement drain plug washer (crush washer) that came with my filter was overlooked and discarded instead of being installed. While the technician explained that he did not see the new washer and initially had difficulty removing the old one, the owner's response was to repeatedly suggest that I should have told them the washer needed to be installed. I found that frustrating because a standard service part included with the filter should not have to be pointed out by the customer. After discussions with the shop, they agreed to correct the issue. Unfortunately, after the vehicle was returned to me and I stopped for fuel, I discovered that the oil filler cap had been left loose. Oil had leaked into the engine compartment and onto surrounding components. Finding a second oil-change-related mistake after the first issue had supposedly been resolved was extremely concerning. What disappointed me most was not the original mistake itself. I understand that errors can happen in any business. What changed my opinion was the combination of the mistake, the effort to shift responsibility to the customer, the negative attitude when concerns were raised, and then discovering another preventable issue after the vehicle had already been returned to me. As someone who trusted this shop and used them for years, I expected better communication, accountability, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust.

Went to sigs to get two new tires for my truck. BRANDON SIGMON came to me and told me he broke off…read morea screw. When I went out to my truck I seen they didn't break a screw but busted the centers on the front. According to JAMIE , that was the only way to get the centers off. They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. Not only did they bust the centers, Jamie cussed me and my wife, fu@k this and fu@k that he kept saying. As we was leaving he hollered have a MERRY FU@KING CHRISTMAS. WOW! This is the way Sigs does business. Tells customers to fu@k this and that. I paid $54? .00 for two tires and this is what I get. Never again will I return here for tires. I have bought tires from them for years only to be treated this badly. Who cusses their customers this way? Not only cussing but tearing up my stuff. He stole my original hood bolts, exhaust bolts, valve cover bolts and my thermostat bolts. He tried to steal my original oil pan but it wouldn't quit leaking. He said " The work will take 2 weeks. " He took 4 months. It leaks oil around the valve covers . For a rebuilt engine it runs like it crap .
