Do not use them! The worst experience I have ever had with moving. Pinnacle hires other companies to make the move and the showed up and is charging $3000 more. After calling pinnacle they say their hands are tied and cant do anything. read more

Allen and his crew were professional, capable, and extremely considerate. Moving is an incredibly stressful and physically exhausting experience (especially in the summer heat) but my family and I felt that stress go down immensely after we met Allen and could see that he leads from the front, wrapping and carrying the heavy pieces and mentoring his employees in person and with a shrewd eye. You can really see his military-moving background in his attention to detail and over-engineering (military folks know that if something can go wrong, it will). More importantly, his employees respect him, privately speaking highly of him and praising his wisdom and guidance. It was a real pleasure working with him to move us to our new house in Winston-Salem and I would recommend him to any family without hesitation! In response to some other reviews, in my experience Allen's pricing was extremely competitive compared to other movers I got quotes from and he always got back to me quickly. In terms of extra details: 1) Allen and his crew can handle heavy furniture and boxes (my previous movers to New England really struggled to carry some pieces and after one of them failed a drug test and was fired on the spot by the company, my husband had to carry a lot of the furniture), 2) Allen knows how to wrap and move large pianos, 3) Allen's truck is large but not a semi so it can navigate a lot of driveways. read more

I wouldn't give them one star. I live in a one bedroom apt.between 600 and 700 square feet. If that. I have a lot of belongings but I don't hoard and everything is clean and in it's place. One of everything and down one flight of steps. Packing, wrapping and moving everything 55 miles away and they were going to charge me $5762.17. I was told that I'd probably get my quote that night or first thing next morning. It was late the next night after asking for it twice He never said thank you for my consideration. Nothing!
