They Installed subwoofer in trunk two years ago, I noticed cracking and popping sounds. I recently had another installer replace my stock stereo system with upgraded Alpine amp and speakers. They installed my new stereo, the installation was very good. The radio looks as though my camera from the factory with it. The whole experience was very good. They were extremely rude, inconsiderate, very foul-mouthed and their appearance and attitude screams Methhead! They also scream at, belittle and insult and mock even elderly and handicapped people who live on the premises and are questioning exactly what they are doing and how they are doing it incorrectly! They butchered the trees here and cut them in half, destabilizing them causing a very large tree to fall and take out power lines closing the street and taking out electricity for blocks for an entire day and into the evening. Then a second tree half fell half of it onto a parking lot! Then a third tree which they had trimmed incorrectly fell onto a building! They also brought large chippers and parked them next to expensive vehicles which were covered in sawdust and wood chips damaging clear coat and paint, wood and sawdust even covering the interiors. I have never encountered such rude arrogant unprofessional behavior in my lifetime! They left an ugly swath of destruction which will never be recovered! They caused irreparable damage to trees resulting in serious harm to the community and environment! They have no arborist training or proper education and just downright cruel classless individuals who should be avoided at all costs! Speaking of which they scam extra undeserved money for services not provided! They are unbelievable to still be in business and care only about cash, just dangerous unsavory people with a chainsaw and a chipper! read more

I went in looking to just buy a 4ga wire connector to replace a wire which they were not even charge me for! but left with them replacing the wire and connector, whole sound system inspection and tune bass, voice and stereo eqs and knobs. My truck now sounds louder way clearer and awesome work! very happy with the work! read more

This business, including the other bunch in Greensboro, is an absolute joke. I could drag this out into all the gory details, but I'll try to keep it short: 1. I started at the Greensboro location. Took them my 2005 Porsche Cayenne T for a complete audio replacement and video add-on. We agreed on a price, and they said that they could complete the entire job that day. I had to have the car back to drive out of town the next morning. After waiting there all day, they told me to go on home if I wished and they could deliver the car early that evening. After ZERO UPDATES, I called them and learned that they had grossly underestimated the time needed for the installation. I insisted on getting the car back. The installer, delivered the car at 11:00pm and needed a ride home. He lived over 50 minutes from me and I didn't get home until after 1:00am. Strike One. 2. The new equipment overheated and constantly shut down during my trip the next day. The recommended amplifier was inadequate for this application, so I purchased my own amp and had them replace their unit when I returned the following week. Since they had to return the car incomplete the first day, more time had to be scheduled for them to finish the work. After several more hours waiting, they returned the car again, presumably finished this time. On my way home, a body panel they removed to install the rear camera blew off the car because it was not properly secured by the installer, "Taylor". This panel had an electronic mechanism, with a motor, to move the reverse camera into position when activated. The cost to replace it was over $1200 USED. To this day I don't know why, but I let them off the hook for the original piece and allowed them to replace it with a fixed, makeshift camera on a standard body panel I purchased for $100 (not reimbursed). They assured me the replacement would be top notch and blend in without being noticeable as aftermarket. It looked okay at first but the paint they used around the camera peeled off within weeks. Strike Two. 3. The wiring job that Taylor did was half-assed, and he not only didn't clean up after himself, but left trash, wire remnants, tape bits and even tools behind in my car! I began having issues with the car electrical system almost immediately. On several occasions, I couldn't get the ignition to disengage and had to fiddle around to get the engine to shut off. My turn signals and tail lights would malfunction whenever it rained. I had to return numerous times to gets these issues addressed (Winston-Salem store). Every time this required another appointment and cumulatively several hours of my time for a hack job installation by an uncaring company. Strike Three. The problems never ceased with this fiasco, but I refused to return to this chop shop of morons to waste more of my time and possibly do more damage to my vehicle. Instead, I got DeDona in Greensboro and Extraordinary Audio in Winston-Salem to correct the problems and continue building and refining my system, not only on the Cayenne, but also 3 other vehicles. I highly recommend both of those shops should you need PROFESSIONAL, EXPERT QUALITY SALES AND INSTALLATION, from companies that actually APPRECIATE AND VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you decide to try this bunch instead, because they are cheaper, then expect EXACTLY THAT - A CHEAP INSTALLATION THAT LOOKS CHEAP. AND FUNCTION? Your guess is as good as mine. read more
