Auto parts aftermarket replacement mirror was a fraction off, but they ordered a fitted mirror and installed it without needing to remove the original mirror and controls. I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

I thought this would be an ideal spot to fix my windshield vs Safelite - However what I received…read morewas a true RUSH untrained job! When I got there the vehicle wasn't ready and they had already extended the time. There printer was broken for a receipt so the rep had to email me a copy. When I got into my vehicle I looked at the windshield in full disappointment due the filth, cloudy attempt to clean the windshield and the fact they left all these circles on the windshield (which I'm guessing came from a tool used to install back into place). Either way it was dirty and I'm thinking well damn can you have at least cleaned the windshield since it's a NEW windshield. Everything was cozy within city limits - but when I got on Hwy 40 that's when I kept hearing the wind outside on the inside of my vehicle and I had no windows down. When I parked to take a look that's when I saw all the bubble in the front of the windshield and it looked like left over glue or something. I called the manger and he said to bring my vehicle back in and he will take a look at it and try to fix the issue - the challenge was that I don't LIVE in Winston but the rock hit my windshield while in Winston and that made unsafe to drive . I called the main phone number to see if the Raleigh or Durham office could assist. I was advised Raleigh had availability. After waiting for management to come in after my scheduled appointment to approve the fix - Five and half hours later I had a new AND CLEAN windshield and no left over glue around the front. I was advised that the previous location (Winston Salem) used an excessive amount of glue, failed to position the windshield correctly and among other things. Either way if I could change one thing - I would have waited until I could get the Raleigh location vs going to the Winston Salem location - If I could do less than a solid star I would - I would NOrecommend this place PERIODT!

The windshield glass they use is wavy. I had three different windshields installed, and all three…read morewere wavy or distorted in some area. Two of the three were not that noticeable while driving. Maybe I'm too picky, but I didn't think a windshield should look like that. If you are less picky and can stand a bit of waviness in your windshield, by all means, this is your place. The price is way lower than anywhere else (by more than $60 in my case), and they are very quick. Customer service is overall good. They replaced the windshield very easily when I was dissatisfied the first time, and while the second time took a little more convincing, they replaced it again - no charge either time. I finally decided I just got what I paid for and have kept the final wavy glass because it's barely noticeable while driving. Product: BAD Service: Good Price: Great

Today Aug 7th I took my 2nd vehicle to get tinted. The car previously had been tinted though I was…read moreable to remove the old tint myself, but on the rear window there was a bit of glue residue I couldn't reach. Due on this they had to put in extra detail/time to remove the glue. They originally quoted a price and still honored the quote after making sure the rear window was perfect before laying the new tint. Though I was grateful, I initiated more compensation than discussed to show my gratitude for going beyond expectations and original price. They are very detailed oriented and pay attention to the little things others might miss. They def respect peoples vehicles with care and cleanliness. I would recommend them if you are interested in tinting ur vehicle. Now with the new tint law it's def time to take advantage of this and in the long run will keep you cooler while driving on hot summer days and will save ur car's interior for longevity.
