I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

Either way it was dirty and I'm thinking well damn can you have at least cleaned the windshield since it's a NEW windshield. Everything was cozy within city limits - but when I got on Hwy 40 that's when I kept hearing the wind outside on the inside of my vehicle and I had no windows down. When I parked to take a look that's when I saw all the bubble in the front of the windshield and it looked like left over glue or something. I called the manger and he said to bring my vehicle back in and he will take a look at it and try to fix the issue - the challenge was that I don't LIVE in Winston but the rock hit my windshield while in Winston and that made unsafe to drive . I called the main phone number to see if the Raleigh or Durham office could assist. I was advised Raleigh had availability. After waiting for management to come in after my scheduled appointment to approve the fix - Five and half hours later I had a new AND CLEAN windshield and no left over glue around the front. I was advised that the previous location (Winston Salem) used an excessive amount of glue, failed to position the windshield correctly and among other things.
