The female owner has a smug attitude. I phoned in the morning and asked her if I could come at 2:00 pm for a tint quote. She asked, "What's the make and model of your car?" Oh brother! I asked her again, may I come at 2:00 pm for a quote? When I got there she told me if I don't do an acceptable removal of my old tint they won't do the installation. Then she told me if I do the removal I am going to ruin my rear window defroster. Really? Goodbye. read more

In the past 6 years I have taken three of my own vehicles here for window tinting. They are still good till this day. I purchased the ceramic tint which is the highest quality they have. Many luxury car dealers in the area go here also. My son and my father have brought their vehicles here and purchased the same high quality tint. I went to Triad Sun Control for window tint. I returned because I had questions about a piece of lint between film and window, also there were a couple of bubbles to be smoothed out. When I complained about the lint, Greg stated the tint was NOT applied in a lint free environment and if removed and re-applied it was likely that the same thing would happen. He went as far as to tell me that maybe I was not a person who should get tint on their windows. He had put tint on two of my previous vehicles. He was nasty and high irritated when I questioned his work. I would not recommend this company. The next week the tint was removed and my money was refunded. read more

I have had all of my vehicles windows tinted for the last 20 years. I have tried a couple places, and wasn't very happy with their service or tint quality. After using Triad Sun Control 11 years ago, I will never use anyone else. They have multiple options of tint available, they educate you on the benefits of each tint option, and do excellent work. They are able to work with you and your schedule, and recently were able to quote, schedule, and tint my car within a couple days. Tint on rear glass looks like dirty water around the defrost lines. Worst tint job I have had in the 36 years I have been driving and having my cars tinted. Owner even argued that what I received is correct. Condescending and patronizing attitude. Feel free to message me for pictures. read more

The lady that answers the phone is the epitome of RUDENESS...even argued with me..."The Customer". They either need to get rid of her or go out of business. See other negative reviews on Yellow Pages. Wish I could give 0 stars...but I have to give at least 1 star. AVOID this place like the plague. Horrible, Horrible service...We had a "LIFETIME" warranty!!! The Owner said he was being ripped off by his employee back when we got our warranty and that this has happened before, where other customers have brought their vehicles back for the windows to be repaired and we should be Happy??? because we got enough use out of the windows and NOT expect him to honor the warranty...his employee issues are not mine, and he did not want to honor the warranty at all, after much aruging he agreed but would not do it for at least two weeks. I decided to go elsewhere, I would no longer trust him to do anything. I cannot believe he's trying to make HIS problems his customers!!! Run don't walk from this place, they have no Integrity at all!!! read more
