I took it to McCain Auto Glass first thing this morning, and by 1:00 PM the passenger rear window was already replaced. They were extremely busy, but the beautiful, dog-loving soul at the front office understood my situation, worked me in, and even sourced the glass right away. When I picked up my truck, the interior looked absolutely perfect -- not a single piece of shattered glass anywhere. Their service was fast, professional, compassionate, and very reasonably priced. I was so grateful for the care and kindness I received that I gave her a bottle of my DoxieGuy BBQ sauce as a little extra thank-you. I truly hope she enjoys it! I was able to schedule an appointment within two days of the incident and the service was quick and reliable. Even with being short staffed, the technicians were able to get me out within 40 mins or less. The parking lot is a bit small and narrow. Though, I wouldn't advise you park in the lot across the street for the furniture business. The owners warned of towing. If you're waiting for your vehicle there is a small seating area inside. I return two days later and was there three hours and still the recalibration was still undone. I express my extreme disappointment with the shop service and was told by the manager that yes they had fail in keeping me inform and how long I had been there. He stated that someone would call me and set-up a appointment. I waited for four days and noone called. I called and asked to speak with the manager and he wouldn't speak to me and told the counter worker to just setup an appointment. I paid almost $1400.00 dollars for this repair. I am very disappointed in this shop handling of my vehicle repair. I don't recommend this shop to anyone else and in the future I will take my business elsewhere.
