DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM FLOW AND IF YOU HAVE LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT. If you have ever purchased a car from this dealership please look over your contract. I purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago and one day the Holy Spirit says look at your car contract. When I looked over my contract I noticed that I had been double charged for my car . My sticker price was for $17,290 however looking at my contract it had me paying double over $34,000 for my car even with my low interest rate. When I attempted to resolve this issue by going to the corporate office downtown I was offered a check for which I refused for a little over $1000. I have my sticker price and my contact and owed over $16,000. I purchased my first car with this same dealership before and even then the salesman attempted to overcharge me and I caught it. When I mentioned that salesman Willie Guest the response was we fired him. The i integrity of this company has been proven to be DISHONEST. I was quoted 1300 for two ball joints and I denied…read morefor them to do the work based on the price and while paying for the inspection I was told they passed my trucks inspection hence why I was paying for it. A month later trying to pay my registration I found out they failed the truck. I called about the mixup and they said they charge for the inspection even if it fails. The price felt like a slap in the face for a basic repair and I was lied to..... waste of time.

    Let me start by saying Doug, Anthony, Ed and many others at this branch that assisted me are top…read morenotch and I will return. I visited the store on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 5:30PM following a call to them. On November 2, 2019 I called inquiring about the warranty on my Carquest re-man alternator that I had purchased in May 2017. I told the gentleman at that time that I had had it tested a couple days prior at which time I was told it was clear I had an issue with the voltage regulator and but the Troutman branch asked if I had gotten a print out showing it is bad. I had not so I then went to this Advance Auto in Clemmons, NC as it is the closest to me and to let them check it and try to obtain this print out. The gentleman at the Clemmons, NC store tested it with the handheld battery/alternator tester telling me the same thing that I had already been told by the competitor. I told him this had been an intermittent problem however it left me on the side of the road a couple of days prior. Also while I was at the Clemmons store I asked if he could print out anything showing what he had seen due to what I had been told by the Troutman branch. He stated it was clear that it was not charging properly because it was at 13.5 volt jumped to 13.8 volts and then dropped out back to 13.2 as the headlights were on bright and the A/C was on high. I explained that I was trying to make the swap in Troutman because I was going to do the work at my dad's house over in the Troutman area but also I explained what the Troutman branch had told me. At this time, he stated that if they will not swap it for you, you bring it back to me and tell them the Assistant Manager in Clemmons will do this for you. So following driving to Troutman on Sunday, November 3rd and removing the alternator from the 2008 Honda Accord I drove to Advance Auto Parts in Troutman to make the swap. The gentleman at Troutman asked if I had previously had the alternator checked and I told him about the test ran in Clemmons, NC. The clerk named Neil at the Troutman branch told me he could not make the swap without placing the alternator on the in store tester because it showed to be good. I explained this had been an intermittent issue at which time he told me he was a mechanic and it was something else due to the tester in the store showing that it was a good alternator. So now after having an alternator tested by Auto Zone and Advance Auto in Clemmons, NC and both stores telling me the same thing, Troutman would not make the warranty exchange. Now I have an alternator off of my personal vehicle leaving me with nothing to drive at the time until I made the exchange and replaced the alternator. I called the Advance Auto in Clemmons back on Sunday afternoon explaining what I had been through and that I had been to their branch the day prior. This store unlike the Troutman branch told me it would be no problem, to bring the alternator back to them and they would make the exchange. With this being said, I had to borrow a vehicle to get back home that evening and go to the Advance Auto in Clemmons, NC just to return back to Troutman to finish the work on Monday. Everything that I had dealt with at the Advance in Troutman was obviously unnecessary as the Clemmons branch did not hesitate in swapping it out and assisting me in making it right. The gentlemen in Clemmons were very apologetic as to what I had dealt with but never once hesitated to make this right and assist me in the exchange. After the new re-man Carquest alternator was put on, it was clear that it was the issue as now with the lights on bright, and the A/C on high I was getting over 14 volts with the car running and under load it was dropping very little. I appreciate all of the help from the Advance in Clemmons, NC as the inconvenience was not due to them and they were very willing to make it everything right. I will be back to this location and I cannot say enough about the assistance that was given following the issues at the other branch!

Instead, they drag you through a completely fake process with a so-called "shipping company" that does not deliver anything. After you've already paid for shipping, they start hitting you with more charges -- first an "insurance fee," then a "storage fee," and then somehow ANOTHER shipping fee, even after you already paid them an extra $150 to ship your product in the first place. It's a complete setup designed to keep draining money from you with zero intention of ever delivering anything. Nobody should EVER use this company. Do not buy from them. Do not send them money. Do not trust anything they say. This is not a legitimate business -- it is a well-structured scam operation. Stay far away.

I wanted to order an extra key for my Buick and was recommended this spot by a friend who's a mechanic. One key, with shipping, was roughly 90 dollars, which is not terrible. The issues started upon placing the order, as I received an email confirmation saying my order would ship soon. The "soon" was well over a week, and I reached out to find out when exactly it would ship. I was told "the next day," but it took about three extra days to actually ship. The shipping debacle aside, when I received the key, the quality was representative of the quality of service (not good). I decided not to use it and even considered returning it. However, upon reaching out to their customer service to ask if I could start a return, they wouldn't answer whether I had to cover shipping nor mentioned they would take a 30% restocking fee (only on some orders though). I kindly wrote back that I felt the key was of poor quality and wanted a full refund; however, they simply stopped replying. I decided to cancel the return at this point. While I understand it is a busy time of year and they may be plagued by staffing or other issues, that is no excuse to take almost 40 dollars for a returned item! I would suggest reaching out to a local car parts store or anywhere else.
